I really appreciated the warm welcome from the staff — everyone was friendly and greeted me with a smile. My hut was clean and comfortable, and waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was truly refreshing. The food was also excellent; I really enjoyed my stay overall.

The meals are excellent but remember to save room for dessert - you will not be disappointed! Grounds are lovely and the views from my room were stunning. I had arrived a few days before the rest of my group and couldn’t have picked a more welcoming, relaxing place to recharge and adjust to the time difference. To top it off, on my last morning I was treated to visits by waterbucks and kudos at the waterhole near my room.

Naankuse Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Windhoek. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. We stayed in a Premier Villa and it was huge! Three big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, plus an upstairs with a big table and a patio where we could watch birds and the occasional mammal. The food was great, huge portions or big buffet. It’s on a part of the game reserve with no dangerous animals so you can walk around safely. We saw ostriches, antelopes, hyrax and hare while walking or looking out our window. It’s part of a nonprofit that’s working to preserve and protect animals while working with the local community. We did the “Behind the scenes tour” which was really interesting and fun, loved the baboon walk! Really glad we stayed here!

There’s was a small issue with booking.com and the a staff were kind enough to resolve the issue as fast as possible . Very kind hearted people .

Amazing location! Accommodation was comfortable, spacious, very clean and fully equipped. The host was very kind and helpful.

Beautifully located lodge north of the airport and very easy to reach. Excellent as an introduction to a Namibia vacation. The private reserve is small but very beautiful and rich in wildlife. The staff are very courteous, friendly and always approachable. Super trained guides make interesting and exciting game drives possible. The cuisine is outstanding. In the evening, a wonderfully balanced 3-course menu with great spicy notes of absolute quality.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Windhoek, Droombos Boutique Hotel is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden. Every time we travel to Namibia we spend our first and last night here. It’s a fantastic place with a very nice garden for us and the kids to play and relax. The food is extraordinary especially the Namibian one.
