Great location, 24hrs reception. The room and the bed were clean and comfortable with dark blinds. the staff is so kind and helpful. They assisted me with everything, from food recommendations to helping me book my onward travels. They also have the best prices in town from my experience.
Definitely recommended.

The staff and manager were amazing, super helpful, caring and friendly! They helped me with planning on where to go and how to get there, and provided me with information on getting to Tete from the border. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe!
The room was great, very comfortable and clean. The pool was also very clean and the food was excellent.

Very nice town, with welcoming people, it felt very safe even for a first-time visitor like myself. I wish I had stayed more, there was so much to see and visit that I'm already planing my next trip for sure.

The Manager Hilario & the General Manager Everlyne are great...
The Manager Hilario & the General Manager Everlyne are great assets to the Austrian Owners. For me also it was great to find that they were both committed Christians.
The only downside is the lack of "Menu Choices", the lack of "Soft Drinks & Beers" and having to order an evening meal the day before.
It's sensible to assume that a hotel would wish to retain guests at the hotel but to get - Lunch or an Evening Meal without selecting the day before and a greater choice there is a need to visit the next local hotel - they then get the custom which I would rather have not had to give to them.
However, it was a great place to stay and an added bonus to me who travels a lot having the ability to "Daily" get my laundry - Washed & Ironed - was really great.
I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to all travellers.
