Amazing service. The staff is super friendly and helpful ! Hot water with tea bags and coffee is on display, the beds are super comfy and clean. It’s also super quiet and you have plenty of space for your stuff. Bathroom is also super clean and well thought. Very nice and practical over all ! Would go back :)

Needed to fly early in the morning for Singapore, so booked this capsule hotel. I had never before stayed in one so was curious. I am glad Kepler was my first experience of this type of accommodation as it was awesome. Check in was smooth, I was shown the bathroom which are gender-segregated same as the dormitories.
My big suitcase did fit in the locker that had been given to me in the shared bathroom area but the staff offered to keep it behind Reception if it didn't fit. There were a couple of toilets and a couple of showers in individual stalls and with shower gel / shampoo / hair dryer available. There was a big sink to share with a big mirror and this was separated by a door from the dormitory so not too disturbing to the others sleeping there. You get a free pair of earbuds on arrival.
The dormitory has bottom and top bunks and you can draw a shade for more privacy, with a small smart TV, a radio with wave sound, and a good reading light. Once in your pod with the shade drawn, you feel cozy. I had a great night sleep and was ready for my flight and subsequent trip. All guests are considerate of one another and had no issues as most of us are here for early flights it seemed. At Reception there is free coffee and tea and hot towels.
The hotel is on the same floor as the Food court and is even signposted when coming from the KL Express like I did. Once you check out, just head up the elevator to departure, it’s in the same building so easy as pie.

This is a transit hotel only which means leaving one aircraft and joining another without leaving the airport airside. The airport itself has many eating facilities to choose from, but there is also a dining area on the second floor .

Pros - Kota Warisan is a Great location with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, markets and stores. Close to the KLIA train station and an easy place to get Grab Taxis.
Cons- The area needs a clean-up. Rubbish everywhere and generally untidy outside.

I enjoyed the access to Avani’s facilities and the great atmosphere. There were a lot of activities for families and kids, plus plenty of Instagrammable spots. It’s easy to find dinner, with many restaurants available—especially great for seafood lovers.

We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia.
We stayed at the IBIS KLIA. The room was very basic, but it was all we needed for the night. The pool was fantastic!

Nilai is very nice.
Nilai is very nice. My favourite stop as there's a lot of good food, not congested and the basic necessities and facilities are very easy to get! Also, not far from Putrajaya, Bangi etc if we want to go for holiday or shopping for raya.

Excellent value. Very attentive. Menu could have more choice ie small plates or sides. Room service was fine . Room lovely. Shower gorgeous. New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . DO NOT order text from hotel as it appeared to be on a commission basis with hotel and was extremely extortionate. Order your own!!!

I chose Nilai over KL because i've been to KL countless...
I chose Nilai over KL because i've been to KL countless times and have gotten bored and tired of it. The traffic and comparatively more expensive accomodation KL is also key factor. I went to Nilai as i had Malaysian friends staying there whom i visited and chatted with. The infrastructure in Nilai has also been upgraded with a big Aeon Mall which has Uniqlo, H&M and a Pandora outlet. Food is also not a problem. Many locations for Halal food. You can choose local food, Japanese & western cuisine. All of which have Halal or non-Halal option. Nilai is also just less than an hour's drive away from KL so if you want to shop in KL you still can, either by driving there or taking a ride hailing service. Nilai is also much less hectic than KL which was something i was looking for as a place to chill and relax.
