We chose this place to spend a night before heading further to Merida the next day. Everything was amazing and really comfortable. I appreciate the floor in the shower. Usually, the flooring is very slippery in most of the hotels I've been staying in, but here it was rough and not slippery. It seems like a minor thing, but I appreciated it immensely. Staff was very helpful and kind. The food (we had breakfast buffet, and also lunch in the restaurant) is a good transition from European food to Mexican.

Nice and clean Apartment with big kitchen and comfortable beds. Hot water and AC No windows but it wasn’t a problem. Just keep in mind that it’s literally a warehouse. Good location. Just a few minutes away from the airport.

Staff was very helpful. Coffee was great !Room was Clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was nice. We sat by the pool while we waited for our room to be ready.
