Looks exactly like on the pictures. Very clean and comfortable studio. Close to the airport. Very helpful staff were responding via WhatsApp even in the middle of the night. There is a cute traditional cafe in the hotel area. It is very convenient to grab a breakfast and coffee before ur check out.

The hotel was easy to.find from.Isla ferry which
is a bit of a distance, but very close to.airport!
The staff allowed me to.store my luggage as it was an.early check in.
If early enough in day, a few gas stations, mini marts & a taco place within a 10 min walk.
The restaurant was not open ( not sure why).
I was also able to.use the pool for early check in.
The room was fabulous.
100% squeaky clean, great shower products, super comfortable beds with crisp sheets.
AC, WIFI & TV worked great.
Bottled water, coffee & tea.
Perfect for my one night stay to get to the airport.
They arranged a 5:30 AM shuttle which showed up on time & a great driver.
Bright, modern rooms at the Cancún Aeropuerto Hotel are air conditioned and have flat-screen cable TV. Decorated in orange and white, they come with a safe, work desk and coffee maker.

We loved the quiet suburban residential neighbourhood this hotel was located in and was just 9 minutes north of the Cancun International Airport. It is actually located in the small town of Alfredo V. Bonfil... in south Cancun. The on-site restaurant was great as well as the waiters and front desk staff. They were the most friendly people and helped make sure we were taken care of and we had them help to get our luggage up to our 2nd-floor room. With 18 rooms carved into a former mansion, we loved the Boutique feel of this hotel. NOTE .... If you are driving.... on the way to this hotel on the street it is located on... there are several CONCRETE SPEED BUMPS that will take out the lower end of your car if you don't crawl over them! Although we felt safe, there was a 20-foot? concrete wall around the entire perimeter of the property.. with electric wires on top of the wall. The front entrance had an extra-wide steel gate door that was locked 24/7. The on-site parking area also had a steel gate and was locked after hours. We have never experienced that before in a hotel, but appreciated the safety measures taken. The vegetation and landscaping, pool, and lounge chairs were all very well maintained.

Big rooms, huge and comfy bed. It is close to the airport and very easy to reach the center of Cancun.
The best thing was the service! I could communicate qiuck and efficient through whatsapp and Alexis from the reception was very helpful, even finding something to eat although kitchen was closed. And changing taxi times (with trustworthy companies) to changing Bus times.
Good price for what you get and my experience of Cancun was of to a rocky start but the hospitality of Alexis was what turned things around.

Take official taxi or Uber.
Take official taxi or Uber. The others are robbers, ecpecially at the airport.
Car rental services are beyond horrible in the high season. Read the ratings. Its insane, that services this bad can continue to do business. They ignored my reservation and tried to upsell me another car with 10x the price. We used taxi's (official taxi and Uber) instead.
Maya's, Valladolid, Xcaret are all nice and worth a visit.

Great for family vacation, make sure to do the tour to Chichen Itza, Centoes and Valladolid. You can book this tour beforehand on bookings.com but also take note that an additional 765MXN per person is required to visit the historical sites. Your total spend will end up being around 100usd per person but its so worth it!
Other than that, getting around is relatively easy, we stayed in the Zona Hotelera so many things were accessible via bus.

I highly recommend this place.
I highly recommend this place. We spent a week and visited everything planned: Chechen Itza, amusement park, Carmen beach and Isla de Mujeres. People are nice and the only problem is a weather with sometimes unexpected rains (so be ready to have plan B). Also driving differs from what I used to (be careful on the road)
