Very clean and comfortable and excellent facilities. Staff were friendly and the food and buffets were excellent. Plenty of spaces to relax around the pool or enjoy the beach. Good wifi throughout hotel.

The room is very clean, modern and high-tech; Alexa turned our lights on and off controlled the a/c played music, etc. The kitchen had great amenities. We communicated with our hostess by WhatsApp and she was very responsive and helpful. She ordered the pizza for our supper the first night, the taxi when we left, and arranged to have a SIM card delivered for local phone service.

I was travelling from Merida by train (to the airport) and needed a reasonably priced hotel near Cancun airport with a shuttle service for my flight home the next day. The hotel was perfect for this. My room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The shuttle worked well, both in collecting me from and delivering me to the airport
I also accidentally dropped a bank card on the shuttle bus going to the airport and the staff were superb in finding it quickly, cutting it up, and sending me photos to confirm they had done so, for which I am extremely grateful.

Cancun is amazing!
Cancun is amazing! I went there for my wedding and although I was busy with last-minute planning and wedding-related arrangements, I still had a great experience. I didn’t get much time to explore outside the resort, so I would definitely love to return and truly enjoy everything Cancun has to offer.
I really liked the surroundings, and Coco Bongo was an unforgettable experience — absolutely a must-visit. I also felt safe using Uber throughout my stay, and the people were friendly and welcoming, which made the trip even better.

Nice sunny days but when it rains the roads and pavements are very slippery, like walking on ice.
In the "city" there is a smell of drains wherever you go after rain and for quite sometime

Cancun. When you get off the airplane everyone wants your money, they will swarm you. It never stops. The taxis are the worst. Basic things you need to survive like water cost 20X more than in the non tourists areas. one liter of water should cost 13 pesos (1 dollar CAD) but here, nagh, its 1400 pesos for you! The airport is horrible. Its like you are a giant child in the candy section at a store and everything is 5X more costly than it should be. Did I mention its 100 dollars to get a shuttle for 11kms? check out the travel advisorys for your country too, seems Cartells are taking tourists here! wonderful! I only saw 1 dead guy on the streets in Varacruse while driving around but was ripped off 100% of the time i tried to use a credit cart or asked hhow much somethign cost. My wife is mexican so tried to protect me but she too will never visist mexico again, and she was BORN there.
