This place is not the tipical resort and we really liked it. Closed to the beach and the ocean.
We want to say thank to Hussen and the staff for taking care of us.
Hondaafushi Island Resort is full of greenery and nature. All our bungalows are fully detached and beach facing. Each bungalow offers lots of privacy for the guests.

From the start to the end, they took care of us.
A taxi was waiting at the airport.
We were brought to the guest house straight after landing..
The room was clean,spacious, and cosy .
The position was excellent. They accommodate our requests.
The staff was kind and helpful .

The island is beautiful, the west side of the island has beautiful beach, few kilometers long. I was taking a long walk in the morning, and I had the beach for myself. The beach is at some spots very dirty , because the sea brings tons of plastic bottles, shoes etc to the shore. Nobody is cleaning the beach. The east side of the island doesn`t have the beach. People are friendly, women more then men towards the women. There are two mosques on the island. There are few shops. And two restaurants that are not worth mentioning.

Bites, Poor Service, transfers, and paying an extra 15% on top of the hotel price spoilt the stay. Check the prices thoroughly before booking and check the transfer arrangements we had to get up at 02.15 for our flight departing Male at 11.00. If we had known this I would never have booked the hote.
