The hotel is very near to the airport and provides airport pick-up and dropping as a complimentary service. The staff members are friendly & are available. The power back-up is very strong, therefore I did not feel the power cut-off, and food is delicious. The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large with necessary facilities like fridge, microwave, laundry machine. Water was refillable at the Lift area The bed was very comfortable Unfortunately I didn't take a dive in the pool...which looked so clean and pristine. The receptionist, Htet as well, Phyo, the manager were very helpful. The receptionist assisted me in making telephone calls to my spa...as I didn't have a local Simcard, neither could I speak Burmese. The lady manager also allowed my late checkout. My appreciation to the nice room service guys from the bar. All in all, everyone was friendly and great in their service.

The location is great - very close to Hledan. The rooms are clean, the Wi-Fi is usually pretty fast, and the staff is very helpful. If you want to save some money the rooms with the shared bathroom are very convenient. If the bathroom on your floor is taken, it’s easy to go up or down a floor and find a free one. Finally this time I had made some mistakes when I booked, but the staff did great in remedying the problem.
