This is a good reliable hotel to stay in (I say reliable, because two other places in Karaganda confirmed my booking only to say when I arrived that the property was already taken).

Staff was great. Staff was great. Staff was great. Even though i didn't ask for it, when i was late for breakfast, they bring it to my room. As they don't know english, we had to communicate on google translate but they were very helpful, put effort to understand me and help.
