Location was perfect, right by the airport. The hotel itself was clean and the room was well appointed. The bathroom was amazing, large jet tub, rainfall shower. Plenty of space for two people. We left before breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Staff was courteous and professional.

The staff is very lovely! They just started in the hotel and are doing the best they can.
The room was very big, got everything we wanted and needed. Its near the highway but you can here the cars barely.

Ease of check in and check out without time consuming procedures, the location that is so close to public transport, all the in room amenities provided are top notch, the view from the room was also amazing, the peaceful environment, helpful and friendly staff who tried their best to go out of their way and help us out especially considering the language barrier. Overall the property is an absolute 10/10 deal and our entire stay was very comfortable, would definitely recommend this property.

Scenery is good, people are nice and friendly.
Scenery is good, people are nice and friendly. However, language is a big problem to foreigner as few people can speak English. Lack of signs in English to show foreigner how to get to sightseeing place. Order food during lunch and dinner almost found difficult to order due to communication breakdown. I feel comfortable and enjoyable in Seoul than in Busan, simply because of the communication breakdown in Busan.

Great place to visit with many attraction spread around the city. Songdo beach, Chinatown and Gamcheon Village well worth visiting. Easy to get there on the local buses. Using Navermaps was easy.
Will stay longer if we get a chance to visit again.
