The room is clean and can be found easily in the transfer area of Terminal 1 - Incheon Airport - near gate 11 or 15. Beds are good and spacious (we have a twin bed room), the shower is good (I love those Asian shower area where we can grab the shower head - in comparison with fixed shower head in US or Australian hotels). There are several restaurants near the hotel but keep in mind that they close quite early (last order around 9.30pm). The staffs are helpful and friendly.
There is 1 international power plug in the room, the rest are Korean power plug types. TV is good and have Chromecast. Wifi is good too. In front of the hotel, there is a spacious area and I saw some people did jogging there during their transit.
Grand Hyatt Incheon is a 5-star business hotel, just a 3 minutes’ drive away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and a 15 minutes' drive away from Terminal 2.

I was so lucky with choosing this stay for my 10 hours layover in Seoul , i arrived late at night and I took the free shuttle bus for around 5 min , The place was clean , big and quite , i was worried about how to go back to the airport but the property responded immediately to my concerns and there was taxis always in front of the building and i paid around 6000 won for the ride

Would like to enquire for the future. We were three people and when I booked , automatically gave me 2 rooms, and there were 2 double beds in one room. I have noticed families in the opposite room. Just wondered why I had to pay for 2 rooms if we could have shared but must admit my daughter Kelly Loved being alone in the luxurious room It is a really beautiful hotel. Loved it

Incheon International Airport is connected to Songdo City by an 8-mile (12 kilometres) cable bridge – one of the longest in the world. The Airport Railroad Express (AREX) operates two trains between Seoul Station and the main airport terminal. The non-stop service runs every 30 minutes and has a journey time of around 40 minutes, while the commuter train runs every 20 minutes with a journey time of one hour. For those with heavy luggage, the bus service may be a more convenient option. The journey takes around 45 minutes and stops at various points in Seoul. The airport also features a free magnetic levitation train shuttle. It runs every 15 minutes between 09:00–18:00 and connects the airport to nearby Yongyu station.

The location is fantastic, close to metro to get around the city and also direct bus connection to ICN airport. The rooms are clean and cosy. We were in Seoul when there was a cold weather alert but the hostel was nicely heated, we even had some electrical blanket in the room to stay warm at night, perfect! The host is very helpful and provided good, fast check-in/out service. It was our second time visiting this hostel and for sure, would come back again!
