Exceptional service throughout my stay. They graciously offered a late check-out upon learning my flight was departing later in the day. The hotel features a spacious gym with a wide variety of equipment, a well-maintained swimming pool, and a reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. The deli also served delicious, high-quality food.

Perfect location.. free shuttle to airport just 5 minutes down the road.. All facilities in the room , even a washing machine.. So ideal.. And even a lot of restaurants in the building.. You have everything you need.. So with any hesitation to recommend and come there again.. The only thing was the instructions to get there.. It is easier to stop at the bus stop after 7 eleven when coming from terminal 2 than stop at Hyatt hotel.. Thank you

We were in Seoul when there was a cold weather alert but the hostel was nicely heated, we even had some electrical blanket in the room to stay warm at night, perfect! The host is very helpful and provided good, fast check-in/out service. It was our second time visiting this hostel and for sure, would come back again!
