Its like my dream retirement home..i love everything about the house..hot water functioning well..have washing machine and dryer as well.. the house is so clean and neat..have steam iron too..its says 2nd floor but its actually 1st floor and few step of stairs only..not that steep..easy check in process and near to subway..5-7mins flat walking..convenient store and atm also just around the corner..

I had a fantastic experience at this newly hotel. The property is impressively modern, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was check-in, local recommendations, or assistance with transport, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
The location is unbeatable—right at Magok Square with direct access to both the AREX and Metro lines, making it incredibly easy to get around Seoul and to the airport. There are also plenty of authentic Korean restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out a pleasure.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected, and hospitable place to stay in Seoul.

All the restaurants and bar were supposed to be open till 9.00 PM. The first day I went at 8.15 PM and was told they were closed (all three restaurants). Next day I went at 7.20 PM and was seated but told they would close at 9.00 PM but I was repeatedly approached by the waiters and reminded to finish up as soon as possible. At 8.15 PM they started removing the dishes for the buffet. Room service- the food was delivered COLD!
Bad manners of the staff and absolutely pathetic! It's not a five star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Closer to 2-3 starts.

Icheon airport is very modern.
Icheon airport is very modern. The most unhappy experience in the long wait 1.5 hour for immigration when we arrived.
The secuirty check when we left the airport could turn out to be a long wait if we did not manage to move to another gate for security check. The human service in this airport has got LOTS of rooms to improve.

It was a business trip - conference at the Songdo Convensia - otherwise I guess there was no other reason to visit Incheon. I did visit a few regional landmarks (temple and fort) which was nice, but it wouldn't have been possible without a car as public transport was not as efficient or convenient.

I absolutely love Seoul! Every time I return, it feels as if I’m coming home. The people are incredibly kind and warm, and the city offers everything—from ultra-fancy experiences to simple, minimal pleasures.
