The host, Nazira and her daughter, are so kind. She offered me a welcome cold soup and tea when I came back from exploring the city. The guesthouse is in residential area which is calm and convenient to go to downtown by bus, just five or six stop you can arrive Alatoo Square. One more thing which make me comfortable is a bidet in the guesthouse toilet. ;)

This place understood exactly what people expect of hostels. The staff is genuinely friendly and interested by the guests, everything is always clean (I saw cleaning up multiple times a day), the rooms are spacious, there are enough bathrooms for everyone, etc. As if this was not enough, they provide laundry service, sell of lot of useful stuff (SIM cards for instance), have an integrated stolovaya (like a canteen) opened all the time, offer excursions, etc. And finally, as a nice addition for me, who works remotely: a coworking area with desks is available free of charge.

Excellent stay!
We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the decor was modern and stylish. The location was quite convenient for taxi, although not the best for walking. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of healthy options. I would definitely confirm this hotel a solid 4-star rating and so I can recommend it to others. Looking forward to staying here again!
Tip: use Yandex Go app for taxi and food. It's like Grab or Uber in other countries.
