Its unique location made me feel incredibly connected to nature. Waking up and going to bed hearing hippos communicating to each other was an amazing experience. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. On the day of my boyfriend's birthday the whole staff came out of the kitchen to sing and dance songs to celebrate his birthday. They made our experience unforgettable! We particularly enjoyed our chats with William who is incredibly sweet and welcoming and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travellers!

Edward has special “Masai Vision” that can spot Lions from 2 Kms with bare eyes when binoculars may fail! The river behind property has plenty of Hippos and you can get great hippo views and wake-up alarms! Please take note of additional Conservancy Fees based on No of pax, when you book, resort is inside Pvt. Conservancy which has almost extinct Whide Rhino pairs. Masai Mara National reserve is 2 hrs one way drive from resort. Resort Land Cruisers with soft tops are good and have open views!

The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

Mara River Camp is located on the North West boundary of the Maasai Mara National Reserve overlooking the Mara River. It features a swimming pool and garden. The staff at the camp are great and very responsive to any need of your including food drinks and medication when we needed it! The Manager Eziekel, Aliche at the head office were outstanding in helping us make multiple changes to our Itinerary! The food was top class Indian and continental cuisine, the tents were comfortable with a hot pressure shower in the mornings and evenings an invaluable luxury in the bush!
