During the booking we have agreed the room with view to Narita airport runway 16R and the room allocated for us was absolutely great - highest possible floor and perfect view for watching the airplanes. The room had everything we needed for the comfortable stay and was spacious enough. Cleanliness was perfect. We'll definitely stay here again on out next visit to Narita.

Just 10 minutes from Narita International Airport on the free 2-way shuttle, Hotel Nikko Narita features a seasonal outdoor pool, a 24-hour convenience store and 4 dining options. Once again Hotel Nikko Narita did not disappoint. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The transfer from the airport terminal is simple, quick and free! Choosing the breakfast option was a solid decision- giving myself and my daughter all the choices to be well fuelled for a long day of train travel further afield in Japan. Staff are efficient, patient and friendly. Having arrived on a long haul evening flight the quick turnaround to be in our room and gaining much needed sleep rather than on our way in Tokyo is priceless and the savings instead of staying in Tokyo allows a bit more duty free shopping!

Landed at Narita from Texas, took a taxi to the hotel, had a nice room, hotel was really nice and clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful, took a bus back to airport the next morning and caught a bus to the port for a cruise. This is a five star hotel.
