Room size, Facilitis and the location, we didn't expect if there's very big shopping mall next to the hotel for just 2 minutes walk. The hotel location also next to the sea whcih I can be do my exercise every morning. A lot of space of Car park area which I can easily access and park. The hotel also close to Toyota Rent a Car where I can get and return my rental car easily.
Everything here perfect and fit for the guests who get the car for only 30 miniutes drive to Nagoya city.

The Mike couple provided very considerate care. The room was very clean and comfortable, and all the daily necessities were complete. There were also artworks created by the homeowners themselves in the house. The place of residence is very close to the airport and also to the station, which is extremely convenient! The staff here are amazing! They only spoke a little English, but they were so helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. They also allowed us to use the upstairs lounge as a space for meetings, which was super helpful. We were also able to store our luggage here before and after our stay so that we could explore the town without being weighed down by our luggage. They also assigned us to rooms in a way that allowed our group of 11 to stay together or next to each other. Super thoughtful!

Location and Transport
Chubu Airport (which is also known as ‘Chubu Centrair International Airport’) is set on an island connected by a bridge, just over 3 miles (5 kilometres) from Tokoname. Nagoya is 22 miles (35 kilometres) to the north of the airport, and Meitetsu Railways runs high-speed trains between the city and the airport. Passing through Tokoname, the route takes around 30 minutes, running from around 05:00 until 23:00. A taxi to Nagoya will take about an hour and cost about JPY 14,200.

Many sightseeing attractions, like pottery walking path. Aeon shopping mall has shopping, restaurants, food court. Outside the mall were go-cart rides and kids activities center. Other attractions were boat racing and Costco Wholesale store next to Aeon mall. Some bus rides were free. Tokoname is also close to the International Airport.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable with good shower, all that we needed for a good night sleep. There were free coffee and tea provided at the reception area as in other hotels. Only a 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the Terminal 1 departure hall was incredible, can't think of a better option than staying here. Breakfast starts at 6am which is earlier than the few hotels we have stayed during the trip.

Suzuka is a little bit off the normal tourist route.
Suzuka is a little bit off the normal tourist route. It's nice to walk around neighborhoods and rice fields, have a night at the Aeon mall shopping, and enjoy a city amongst real Japanese families. Transportation around the city is easy to navigate with bus and trains.

The house is nice, just a little hard to find, because there are two big cars in front of the house, making me confused about it when I find it. The landlady provides a lot of snacks and drinks, all for free, which is great for the kids. All you need is in the house.

One of Japan's six ancient kiln towns. If you are into ceramics it's a brilliant place to visit. If you're not, it's a lovely, relaxed town with nice walks and good places to eat. Very close to Nagoya airport. There is a free shuttle bus into Tokoname or use the station. Home of the lucky waving cat - Maneki Neko!
