Perfect location - just a three minute walk from terminal 1. Rooms are spacious, quiet and great for that bit of rest before a long international flight. All the amenities are in place. There is also a convenience store right at the hotel entrance and hence no need to scramble for food. Checkin was fast and smooth.

+ fantastic location - literally a walkway across from the terminal / railway station. On departure day, I got to the terminal at 6:30am and it was quiet - for restaurants, check in and security. Got a little busier by 8:00
+ as it’s close to the airport there are options to eat. I ate at the Japanese restaurant next to the hotel and was worth it but there are McDonald’s and Sukiya etc in the terminal. There’s also a Lawson’s nearby for microwave meals, snacks and beer. Lawson’s convenience store was a good breakfast for me at 6am!
+ staff were friendly and explained the map/procedure.
+ first class cabin was big enough to leave bag on the floor and locker could fit my day bag and other valuables
+ really recommended it for an early flight. Many are checking out from 5am onwards.
+ plenty of sinks, urinals, toilets and showers to use. Free shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush too
+ it seemed quiet for me when I stayed in February - not many guests = less noise of people moving around

My family of 6, stayed here. It exceeded our expectations. It's within walking distance to the train and a great shopping center. A nearby hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, in which we used instead of the train on the morning we left.

I really loved the layout of the room.
I really loved the layout of the room. Having a dedicated lounge room seperate from the bedroom was great. What I thought might be improved upon was the signage to the reception area. Coming from the train, you walk in and you’re on the second floor looking down into an open area where as you walk past a pharmacy you see a reception. Going into the lifts, perhaps have a sign saying that the reception is to the left following the red arrow.

I liked being in a local area and meeting local people, without hordes of tourists around.
The surrounding countryside was beautiful as was the Mizuma-dera temple.
Close to the convenience store and cafe.
Good access to public transport and the airport.

Izumiotsu is a small town at any angle from a foreigner's view, but is a major train station between Osaka and Kansai International Airport, so that you can take the Express Train between the 2 spots mentioned above. It helps to save time not using the Regular Train to commute. And you do not need to pay for higher room price right inside Osaka area. You can get everything you may need just around the Hotel and the Train station.

The people that work there are very kind and accommodating, from the moment you book till you leave they make sure everything is taken care of and are available to help 24/7. This place is extremely peaceful, the food is out of a story book because of how good it is and I just love this place so much I will be back one day. I took the bike for a ride exiting to the left of the villa and found a restaurant called green something ( I can’t remember the name) and it was such a beautiful place with a stream running through the outdoor dining area.

We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

I will definitely come back when I go back to Japan.
