I loved the fact that though I was very stressed with my flight cancelation I was able to get accomodation at this awesome property that was walking distance from the airport. It was a nice room - wonderful view, ease to check in and made me feel comfortable though I was so far away from home. The breakfast was amazing and the room itself was clean and spacious. The ammenities - top tier! I paid so much more for so much less value in the USA so I was pleasantly surprised and relieved.

We just stayed one night before flying out of Tokyo from a connecting flight. We got in late, and it was such a relief to be able to walk straight to our room with our luggage cart. The restaurants nearby were closed, but thankfully the restaurant at the rooftop onsen is open 24 hours. The onsen is fantastic, and was perfect after a long day of travel. It was a bit on the pricy side, but the convenience and quality was worthwhile.

There is a shuttle bus from the hotel, though limited seats (max Cap 12 ppl), so make sure you get in early to queue.
The king double is huge, fit 2 adults and 6 y.o comfortably.
The hotel is only 1 minute away from tenkubashi metro. Easy access. The map given by the hotel is very straight forward.
Hotel is very modern and very clean.
Hotel staff was accommodating. They allowed us to store our 2 medium luggages 4 days before we check in just to give us convenience, which we really appreciate their support.

Situated just under 9 miles (14 kilometres) south of Tokyo, Haneda International Airport (HND) can be reached in just 15 minutes by monorail from the city centre, with services running every four minutes. If you’re not in a hurry, you can also take an airport limousine bus for about JPY 1,000 each way. A taxi to Tokyo will take about 45 minutes and cost around JPY 7,000, with a 20% surcharge added between 22:00 and 05:00.

Nice place to stay easy to reach by metro from Haneda. Easy to get to Tokyo and other interesting locations like Kamakura. Considerably less expensive than staying in Tokyo. Feels like a real Japanese city not touristy. Not a place to go if you are into big city commotion. The open air folk museum is excellent.

Location was perfect due to being very close to the train station and that area had so many food and drink spot that was super affordable and was delicious. Staff was so friendly and professional and answered all our questions/needs. Breakfast was simple yet filling and delicious. 10/10 would/will stay here again in the future Japan trip!

Everything about Tokyo was enjoyable from the warmth of the people to the ease of getting around, from the fantastic food to the little bars.
We will definitely be scheduling a third visit soon.

The parks were nice, and we went to the Cup Noodles museum. The main attraction there was to make or create your own Cup Noodles, but that activity was really crowded. If you are going to want to do that, give yourself plenty of time.

We covered a lot of ground while in Tokyo including the shrines, shopping, parks and castle grounds. We also did Tokyo Disney which was fun albeit very crowded. We loved the ease of transportation with the subways, trains and buses which made it easy to get where we wanted.

Yokohama is underrated. It's an amazing city with a lot of things to see. Unfortunately we only had a half a day and a night. Would definitely go here again when in Japan. Special place to finish a Japan trip. Very modern, calm and still a lot of action. Can definitely recommend a ride on the roapway during sunset.

I really liked Kawasaki.
I really liked Kawasaki. I saw less tourists (I know we were tourists) and it was nice to be away from big crowds of tourists. We enjoyed going to the local eateries close by. Japan is a beautiful country and I felt Kawasaki had a lot of the quaint lively city alley ways. I loved that there was a lot of places open late. It felt safe for us overall.

As British tourists we only spent one day at Disneyland, because there is simply too much to see and do in the rest of Japan. But I would have loved to spend two or three days here, seeing both the Disney parks, and really taking a bit more time to enjoy the rides, soak up the atmosphere and see some of the processions. But what would we have shaved off the rest of our trip to accommodate that? Everything is a trade-off, so the only real solution is to visit Japan for significantly more than two weeks, or to come back again and again.
