The location was superb, right next to the departure area of the airport. The staff were very helpful and spoke English, thank you. The room was absolutely fabulous, I was given a nightshirt for sleeping and the washlet was awesome.

We appreciated it so much and were touched by the gesture! when we came to the room, we found two towel swans with a congratulations card, it was very sweet. The onsen was AMAZING, best we visited, and with great view! Note that it is gender separated. The hotel is literally connected to the terminal, took us 5 minuted to get there with 3 bug suitcases. Breakfast was varied and great, we enjoyed it very much. The price for the services is exceptional. we Enjoyed not having to wake up at 3 AM to catch our morning flight.
