I visited Portom close to the airport to have a relaxing day before returning home, and I could feel that a lot of attention was paid to customer service from the moment I checked in. I am very grateful to Ms. Kim for her kindness in explaining the unique hotel interior and facilities that are not found in other hotels and guiding us to the front of the room.
Also, I contacted the desk for first aid kit at night, and they prepared it without any delay. The hot spring facilities that we were able to use throughout the evening were excellent. The breakfast was very thorough and there was a lot consideration for customers. Overall, it is more expensive than other hotels, but it is well worth the experience.

Be warned that u need to take taxi to and from the airport to here. No public transport, bad location if u need to haul your bags. Otherwise, what a luxurious place to stay! Of all the accomodations I stay for 24 nights of my trip to Japan, this is the biggest and the cheaper end! Definitely worth the money ifbu drive here with a car. Super clean and beautiful space to host 4 people very comfortably.
I was literally jumping from bed to bed like a kid, it's such a big space! Not much things around the accomo tho.

Very cheap, excellent breakfast including Western and Japanese food, beautifully clean, excellent service. Free bus to and from the airport. Would have cost treble or more for that standard in the West.

There is bus stop outside the hotel that is the line from new Chitose airport! The bathroom is clean and spacious with laundry facilities! The complimentary coffee on 1F is hot especially delicious in winter! The information from the staff is clear with her fluency in English!

Stay in Chitose too.
Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

Location. There are lifts that go to B1 connecting to the train station. A few steps away will reach Daimaru. The bus stop for Airport bus to New Chitose Airport is right outside the hotel entrance. Do note the bus ride is about 1.5 hours.
