Every day cleaned, new towels, made beds. Breakfast simple, but good (no warm options like eggs...). Good overall location. 20-30km from two lakes, main road is near so quick and easy travels to bigger cities like Modena, Milan... Working AC, but it is old and a bit noisy at least in our room.

Both a lovely and convenient place to stay in Montichiari. Very modern (new) and clean - bedroom, kitchen/living area and bathroom (all very good sizes). Easy access with pin code for front door and a key safe to collect and leave keys (especially for early departure). Near main square and not too far to walk to big supermarkets and other shops (eg bakeries) and main road for buses (but I did not use). Very responsive hosts if any questions. It was a great stay!

Nice boutique hotel with quality rooms. The owner & staff were exceptional - an extra ‘shout-out’ to Sabrina who made our stay extra special. The bar downstairs is vibrant and serves excellent cocktails.

Montichiari is a quiet town that doesn’t seem to see many tourists. We enjoyed walking through the town and neighborhoods as well as dinner in the main piazza. Food was amazing, people were friendly. We would happily visit again.

It was a nice town, peaceful if away from the main road, lots of great areas to walk and some stunning views.
I found the people to be friendly and it was a safe location for tourists with good bus options if you wanted to travel around the area but be warned the Train station is freight only!

The stay was colored by the heavy hailstorms around the Garda Lake in July 2023. This phenomenon sometimes affected our mood but the staff is certainly not to blame for this. The really did what they could. Under other circumstances, I would probably be more lyric about my stay.

Rezzato is a quaint, but small town.
Rezzato is a quaint, but small town. I think two days is more than enough time to spend here. However, Rezzato is very close to the lakes and to the larger city of Brescia and the value for the room is exceptional. For this reason, I would recommend staying in Rezzato while you visit the lakes and Brescia.
