The staff was incredibly kind, always greeting us with a smile and a positive attitude. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable, and our room’s balcony had an amazing view, which made the experience even more special. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast, which was not only delicious but also well-prepared each morning.

The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than described. Rosa and Gabriele went above and beyond to make me feel at home, they prepared a variety of delicious breakfasts, were always available to help, and even invited me to join them and their friends for dinner. They genuinely cared about my comfort and checked in regularly if I needed anything.

The best stay we had yet. Marko is the friendliest and most helpful host. He went out of his way to recommend us places to eat and visit. He even helped us get home when we got lost in forli. The room is very pleasant, clean and really pretty. Bed comfy, and tasty breakfast. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city or a base to visit Rimini or Ravenna? This is the place for you. 10/10 would recommend and visit again

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly clean and well taken care of, and we especially loved the interior – modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic – on a quiet street, which gave us a real sense of peace and safety. The entry system for both the building and apartment was super easy to use and felt very secure. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!
