Tungulending Guesthouse is the best place to stay in Iceland if you appreciate a quiet peaceful time and have come for the Icelandic nature. It is a little remote. My daughter and I had a marvellous time there and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. For us, it was magic. In summer, when the owners offer coffee and tea, try the homemade chocolate cake.

Surrounded by a fjord in the northern town of Siglufjördur, this hotel is 100 metres from Adalgata main street and 17 km from Ólafsfjördur town centre. The style of the hotel had a classic, old look inside. Staff are nice! The lobby area is very cool.
