I had such a great stay at Moustache Hostel in Daman! The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. The hospitality was amazing; the staff were friendly and always ready to help. My room and bed were super comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.
A special mention to the chef — no matter what you order from the menu, the food is fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Daman!

Sadly Daman has lost its charm due to the unplanned construction and poor maintenance of infrastructure.
On a more better note, the roads were relatively clean which made walking around a more better experience.
Most of Daman feels like it could be any messy city. While the forts do retain some of their historic feel, is seems like an hour or two is enough take in the sights (which doesn't seem to be enough t warrant a visit).
