It was an wonderful experience being in NK grand park hotel on the day of my arrival abroad. The staffs were friendly and professional. My special thanks to Nagaraj /Nataraj, and Arun who made me to stay in the hotel even i was too early to my check in time. I was engaged with my partner there. I met him first there in the lobby and our wedding went so well on Oct 18th. Thanks to some senior citizens who helped me with the luggages. I really appreciate them for honoring and helping me. I had booked Super O Hotel, Plot No.2,Umayal Street, Don...
I had booked Super O Hotel, Plot No.2,Umayal Street, Don Bosco College, Near Kilpauk, Chennai for Nov 2nd 2025 through Booking.com for Rs,2068.00 . Later during end October I have received many follow up message on Whatsapp from OyO saying that Rs.235.00 discount if I pay prior to check in otherwise full payment at the Hotel(OYO ID mentioned DFOL0366. (Booking.com confirmation no.5478850730 dtd 18.09.2025.)
I paid Rs.1833.79 through Google Pay on 01st November. To my shock there was no Hotel/Lodge in that address. I checked with the people staying nearby and learnt that the Hotel was closed few days/weeks before. I tried contacting all nos. of OYO and Booking.com and sent messages but no reply.
on 13th November, I have received a SMS from OYO mentioning that Rs. 565.00 will be refunded within 7-14 business days. I have paid advance of Rs.1833.79 and do not understand Rs.565.00 refund.
I have struggled on 2nd November night and was roaming in an Auto and to find another accomodation.
I have used booking.com for more 2 to 3 decades and including USA, but never got such worst experience. I wonder, why Oyo has taken the booking eventhough I have booked through booking.com ? Should I consisder booking.com or switch to many other platforms.
Why booking.com customer care nos. not accessible?

I booked room through booking.com app when i went there firstly they denied and charged extra amount to checkin. i faced many problems with my stay they charged extra amount double charge actually i booked it for Rs.1683 they charged Rs. 3900. The room is not worth for 1000 also room is full smelly Ac is not working at all and leeches in the washroom and room soo horrible and scary. worst experience i never had before.

It's well out and far from the City.A highway with heavy traffic is the only thing we saw.The hotel we stayed in caters to the families of students at SRM University who come to visit their wards.SRM is about 6-8 km from the hotel (Grand Kalyan).I don't see any other reason to visit Vandalur.

This is quiet little hotel in tambaram 15 mins drive from airport (with minimal traffic). Very impressive in terms of clean room & basic amenities working in fine condition. Wifi was terrific, staff was helpful!

There is a great variety of excellent restaurants catering for all tastes/cuisines and budgets.

Linked to MAA airport via a bridge and part of the Metro station so its certainly convenient for getting around. I was only really using the hotel for a day room until me next flight at silly o'clock. The shower was great and the bed looked comfy although I didn't actually sleep in it. Most of all it was the trilogy of location, clean and safe.
