Places of interest are Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Leh Market, Shey, Hemis & Thiskey Monasteries, Hunder sand dunes, Turtuk, Pangong Tso, Khardung La & Chang La Pass. 4. Excellent place to visit. Has varied topography,landscapes and terrain. Infrastructure is just amazing. It has rivers,lakes , mountains and dessert. The pangong lake is just out of this world. Nubra valley is worth a visit and also all the monasteries and the palaces.
