Location is top tier. It's very close to Pilikula park which was the main point of our visit. Also breakfast was a nice addition since we didn't have to worry about food the first thing in the morning. The huge courtyard and the swing was a fun addition to our stay as well. There was also hot water available all the time. The home food was amazing.

The place is really well kept and everything feels fresh. The view from the window of my room was just really nice. The reception staff were always friendly and quick to help whenever needed. It was truly a great stay with top notch service!

Very vibrant and beautiful city. Well developed and well connectes by all modes of transports. Nice people, nice food, nice culture. Little humid and warm but it is manageable if you have good accomodation and good car with you. Lot of things to explore around mangalore. Nice beaches, scenic views, spiritual places, and lively city. All good.

Receptive staff. They took our luggage from the car to reception. Room boy was helpful. Instant geyser fitted in bathroom could heat only small amount of water. So, could not use shower. Pillows were too hard. TVs were nit working in any of the rooms. Property does not accept credit cards for balance payments. They don’t have a restaurant. They fulfill food orders through eateries nearby. Cannot vouch for hygiene of these eateries. If your aim is to get a decent place for a night’s rest, it doesn’t disappoint you. Also, we got rooms for a good price. So, kind of value for money, though we were happy to pay higher for better features and amenities

Worst staff. Rude. There was no person manning the reception. After waitig for 15 minutes when we rang up we were told to wait for some more time as the person has gone for lunch. Believe it was 4.20 P.M. We were also told to look for alternative acvomodation if cant wait.in a rude tone. We did go to a decent hotel at a much cheaper rate and in a decent locality in the heart of Mangalore. Never agai offer me this hotel in future . It is located at a very incovenient place and the area is also ot decent.

Get tasty ice creams from Pabbas and a nice lunch at Sai Palace restaurant.
You can visit Mangalore if you want to relax -- vibe is very different from other big cities. Getting around is cheap and hassle-free.
