Room was lovely and warm considering the amount of snow outside Dinner: waiters were very attentive and could answer any of the questions we asked Booking in was very easy also the checking out. Was served tea and coffee on request as we arrived before check in time

Very clean hotel, plenty of clean towels and toiletries, very warm welcome on arrival in the early mornings hours. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located in the county side with beautiful views. A good breakfast in the morning.

Very friendly fast efficient check in with simple room directions. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. ,217 in my stay. Nice fresh comfortable bed with more than enough pillows lol 😉. Breakfast was buffet with plenty choice. I don't drink alcohol but the bar was lively and buzzing. This hotel has cracked how to offer quality efficient friendly value service. Thanks all.

4 miles from Shannon Airport, Bunratty Manor is a small family-run hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. The Manor Restaurant serves local game and seafood. Everything was fantastic. The staff were super nice and were happy to accommodate our requests. Our room was very spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was meticulously clean and smelled great.

We very much enjoyed are stay in are accommodation near Shannon Airport, we wasn't expecting it to be so lovely at Carrygerry Country House Hotel. It only took 12 minutes to drive to it from the airport and nicely welcomed at the door by Gillian and shown to are room. Shannon airport, easy to park, easy to get too by car.

We flew in to Shannon from London & used it as jumping...
We flew in to Shannon from London & used it as jumping off point to other areas in & south of Shannon. Convenient location. People we encountered were very friendly there, & really everywhere we went over our 4 days on the island.

Airport is so efficient and staff are professional .
Airport is so efficient and staff are professional .Security is done so efficiently, a really painless experience and so much better that other airports. The local road system is a joy and well signposted. Our stay at Oakwood hotel was just lovely and staff were really great, always available and ultra helpful. The hotel was peaceful, comfortable and food of excellent quality.

Shannon airport is a hidden gem of a flying experience.
Shannon airport is a hidden gem of a flying experience. I highly recommend you use Shannon as your airport, especially for a holiday on Ireland's west coast. If you don't want to drive, it is well connected via bus to Galway or to Limerick, which has connections to everywhere else in Ireland via bus and train. If you do want to drive, you probably don't want to stay right in Shannon, but there is something for everyone nearby.

The room was freezing (as we're others) , the staff unhelpful and an unapologetic manager. Couldn't manage to get my rewards without multiple visits to reception (at least two other guests gave up) and got slapped by a 25euro charge for checking in an hour early .

From US$188 per nightThis was my last night in Ireland on route to Shannon Airport. It is a classic old home, full of antique furniture and artifacts. The bar area is really cool, old school. Pastoral views out the window of a spacious room. Rainy day, but beautiful grounds. It is super comfortable to hang out in the communal spaces on the ground floor. Although the restaurant is not open for lunch on Monday, the manager organized a sandwich and tea. This is boutique, family property.

Very good value and extremely close to the airport. We own the Fastnet Hotel in Schull in West Cork (Instagram thefastnet1) and we are very honoured to having been ranked number one in Ireland by the Irish Examiners Travel editor’s choice: Tom Breathnach's top 10 stays of 2023. We have sent several of our guests to the Park Inn by Radisson at Shannon Airport and they have not been disappointed.

We had a good fairly priced dinner at the hotel restaurant and the breakfast more than met our expectations. All in all the Shannon Springs is a nice hotel and well positioned for travelers departing Shannon Airport for a morning flight. The staff is friendly and responsive to our needs.
