Fabulous location, a short walk from the airport and outstanding beaches. Lynda is an exceptional host. We flew up from Dublin to only stay one night and she very generously left eggs, bread, milk, tea and coffee for breakfast. I mentioned in a message to Lynda that it was my birthday. I was so touched to find a card and chocolate upon arrival. The house and the area is a perfect get away from the daily grind. Its character and history creates such a welcoming embrace to just unwind and connect to your soul. I can't recommend enough❤️

This hotel was very clean. The room over looked the sea. the staff were friendly and helpful.The food was beautiful good range on the menu. I had the breakfast next morning and it was lovely. Great location 5 min drive from Donegal airport, 5min walk to the Village The owner of the hotel showed me around the Brewery at the back of the Hotel. They have there own Craft beers Eirrigal, Ale, Strout and larger, IPA. I had trouble getting a taxi to the airport the next morning and the hotel staff drove me to the airport. 5 star rating for this hotel has everything. I woukd recommend🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 👌

This is simply a magical place, close to cafes, bus stop and marvellous beaches. The room was clean and the music and the atmosphere in the pub downstairs were unique. It is really a place where nature meets music. The owner is a fantastic person and the staff was extremely welcoming. I had an amazing stay, thank you!!

Large bedroom with comfy waterbed. Separate room for suitcase storage & good sized bathroom with a bidet! Great shower. Separate & large tv room. Shared kitchen with everything you need & large dining table. Warm & very peaceful. Great parking. We walked to the local for a great meal (about 15-20 mins). John greeted us & showed us how everything worked, then left us alone, which is just what we wanted.

Everything was exquisite. Such a homely vibe. Staff were so friendly, beds were super comfy and the sunset view over the water from the bedroom window was an added bonus. Breakfast was above and beyond. Underpriced. Honestly, a perfect night's stay.

We were down to do a hike of Mt. Errigle, the cottage was less than a ten minute drive away. When we arrived and were welcome by a hamper full of treats so we got stuck into them got the stove on and got great showers to try and warm up after a wet hike. The cottage has absolutely everything you need, and it is charming as it is well equipped. When you do venture out there's a little trail beside the river for a walk, and the location gets better as there is a nice wee bar restaurant beside where we ate a great dinner and enjoyed a few good pints of Guinness. Then there is the distillery a few more steps away that is a lovely place to visit. Would recommend the cottage to all and Christina the host was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us .

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas break and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family to spend time together. The home was absolutely lovely, it was comfortable, well-presented, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing family stay. It was the perfect space for us to enjoy meals, conversations, and quality time together. A very special mention to the owners for the beautiful Christmas decorations they put up, which made the house feel incredibly festive and welcoming and truly added to the magic of our holiday. The welcome pack was such a pleasant surprise and massively appreciated, it truly demonstrates the thoughtfulness of the owners for their guests. We created some great memories here and would happily recommend this home to others.
