Lovely design, the houses are beautiful and clean, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The people working there are super nice.
I basically chose this because it's so pretty and affordable, including breakfast and very close to the airport. I arrived in the late evening and wanted to sleep somewhere close by. Outside bathroom is also very stylish.

Bulan and her husband are so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel at home and make sure you have everything you need, food is available and they offer free tea coffee and bananas all day + free breakfast. As we didn’t stay at this villa after all, I can’t tell about how good the breakfast and the cleaning service were. But when we arrived at the villa the rooms looked clean and tidy.
But the host Heru was very helpful, friendly and full of understanding why we after all didn’t take the villa as our accommodation for our 4 days stay in Lombok. He helped us to find another accommodation and brought us with his driver to our new accommodation.

The city itself is nice, full of cafes, restaurants and cute stores. You’ll definitely find a good place to eat
Perfect to rent a scooter as a “beginner”, since the island is not so full and traffic is pretty chill!
Would recommend renting a scooter and driving east and west and stop at all the beaches. You can find surfing there and many places to eat.
100% recommend if you’re keen on exploring and driving around and if you’re looking for something more relaxing than Bali

Selong belanak is a charming location with friendly locals and great food!
Main beach Munah is buzzing with people holidaying and learning to surf
With Warungs along the beach you can grab a board or a cold Bintang and enjoy the water
Homestays are the way to go but there are also
Also beachfront restaurants and resort style places.
Beautiful surrounding areas and still quite enough to enjoy local farming
I hope it stays this way and foreign resorts do not take over.

Perfect for overnight stay to Lombok airport. Nice breakfast (2 pancakes). 50K transfer to airport is really well priced. Options for dinner also all extremely reasonably priced at 25kg or each meal and it was a lovely feed too.

I like to spend time there!
I like to spend time there! A lot of good restaurants, nice café coffee shops. There is a local market to buy fruits. The main beach in Kuta is awful, but the beaches around are stunning, such as Tanjung Ann (also for surfing), Tampah Beach, and Mawun! Paradise!
Restaurants: La Cuna (Mexican), Elamu (great for a romantic dinner), Jiang Nan.
If local – highly recommend Lalapan Amanda.

This is the most beautiful and scenic beach in the area! Great for beginner surfing lessons - for all ages (lots of kids as well!) Not so great for swimming due to the waves and abundance of surfers but one can certainly take a dip to cool off. Great walking beach where one can get away from the beach loungers, surfers and warungs for some solitude. Lots of great little warungs for cheap eats with a great laid-back vibe. The power of the crashing waves was absolutely mesmerizing and the sunsets were stunning!! Absolutely loved this beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well.

A bustling town with much to explore and many bars and restaurants to choose from. When we come again (and we will) we would like to do more trips exploring the outlying areas. Our main purpose for travel was to attend a wedding at Selong Selo resort (also fabulous with spectacular views) so we didn't do much exploring this time. It was sad to see so much plastic rubbish on roadsides. The infrastructure, at the moment, does not deal with this but efforts are being made.

I loved this little town.
I loved this little town. It's not too busy - perfect for couples or families. There are not too many restaurants to choose from but there are a few real gems here (Luana, Klub Kembali, Three Sisters, Pronto). Definitely recommend a stay here to beat the crowds of Kuta, for a better beach, for those hoping to surf and for unbelievably good craft cocktails with local flavours (@Klub Kembali)!
