Clean, spacious and comfortable room and it is only 4 minutes away from the airport. We stayed there for only one night but would definitely go again. The food we ordered in our room was delicious too. One of the best meals I had. It had all the amenities we needed to make our stay pleasant. Totally value for money.

Great clean room, I was just after 32 hours of travel from Ireland and the staff were so nice. Hot shower comfortable bed, room service and collection straight from the airport. Organised a lift to the port for me with the staff for the next morning. I felt very safe and comfortable.

At first of all the family is so nice, kind, friendly and very helpful. We were feeling like it's our home☺️.
We did have so delicious breakfast every morning. They are always taking care of you. Also the location is amazing - it is near airport, you can go to the north or to the south, everything is achievable from this place. Homestay is located in a very quiet area with lots of fields around so you can breathe the local atmosphere. And the last important thing - room was very very clean with air conditioner. So come to Bulan homestay you will never regret this decision!!

As we didn’t stay at this villa after all, I can’t tell about how good the breakfast and the cleaning service were. But when we arrived at the villa the rooms looked clean and tidy.
But the host Heru was very helpful, friendly and full of understanding why we after all didn’t take the villa as our accommodation for our 4 days stay in Lombok. He helped us to find another accommodation and brought us with his driver to our new accommodation.

I like to spend time there!
I like to spend time there! A lot of good restaurants, nice café coffee shops. There is a local market to buy fruits. The main beach in Kuta is awful, but the beaches around are stunning, such as Tanjung Ann (also for surfing), Tampah Beach, and Mawun! Paradise!
Restaurants: La Cuna (Mexican), Elamu (great for a romantic dinner), Jiang Nan.
If local – highly recommend Lalapan Amanda.

Selong belanak is a charming location with friendly locals and great food!
Main beach Munah is buzzing with people holidaying and learning to surf
With Warungs along the beach you can grab a board or a cold Bintang and enjoy the water
Homestays are the way to go but there are also
Also beachfront restaurants and resort style places.
Beautiful surrounding areas and still quite enough to enjoy local farming
I hope it stays this way and foreign resorts do not take over.

Perfect for overnight stay to Lombok airport.
Perfect for overnight stay to Lombok airport. Nice breakfast (2 pancakes). 50K transfer to airport is really well priced. Options for dinner also all extremely reasonably priced at 25kg or each meal and it was a lovely feed too.

A bustling town with much to explore and many bars and...
A bustling town with much to explore and many bars and restaurants to choose from. When we come again (and we will) we would like to do more trips exploring the outlying areas. Our main purpose for travel was to attend a wedding at Selong Selo resort (also fabulous with spectacular views) so we didn't do much exploring this time. It was sad to see so much plastic rubbish on roadsides. The infrastructure, at the moment, does not deal with this but efforts are being made.

This is the most beautiful and scenic beach in the area! Great for beginner surfing lessons - for all ages (lots of kids as well!) Not so great for swimming due to the waves and abundance of surfers but one can certainly take a dip to cool off. Great walking beach where one can get away from the beach loungers, surfers and warungs for some solitude. Lots of great little warungs for cheap eats with a great laid-back vibe. The power of the crashing waves was absolutely mesmerizing and the sunsets were stunning!! Absolutely loved this beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well.

I loved how condensed the town was, everything was a short...
I loved how condensed the town was, everything was a short distance from each other. There were lots of nice cafes for breakfast as well as restaurants for lunch and dinner. We spent some days in Ekas which is very close to reach by boat, which gave us a nice balance between busy and calm.

I loved this little town.
I loved this little town. It's not too busy - perfect for couples or families. There are not too many restaurants to choose from but there are a few real gems here (Luana, Klub Kembali, Three Sisters, Pronto). Definitely recommend a stay here to beat the crowds of Kuta, for a better beach, for those hoping to surf and for unbelievably good craft cocktails with local flavours (@Klub Kembali)!
