There will be a staff at the door help to open the door for you at the lobby. Very thankful to 1 of the staff for helping me to press the lift when seeing my mother having difficulty with her eyesight and also walking problem. Really make my day :) I would rate 5 star for this hotel and staff really have excellent customer service and really make your day for staying at this hotel. It feel like family. Hotel room is really spacious too.
