We had a great stay at Belado Residence. Ben was extremely helpful and super responsive: he let us check-in earlier since the room was ready and held our luggage on the last day after check-out. The apartment with the hot tub was very nice, super clean, great space for our family and the tub on the terrace was a definite plus after a long day at the beach. The view is stunning. Wi-fi worked great and air conditioning is available in the living room and one in each room. Ben provided us with a parking spot for the quads we rented which was great: the residence is a little higher up so it is easy to use a car (or a quad) which would not have been possible in the village, but we could also easily walk to the port in 5 minutes. The village is super cute with lots of cute bars and restaurants. Bol offers so many activities, watersports, etc... Very fun and we always felt safe. Overall an excellent stay in Bol!

If I could, I would give it 11 out of 10! Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The entire staff makes every effort to ensure guests have the best possible experience. The design of the rooms, the restaurant, and the surroundings is exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always very kind and helpful. You can also enjoy the spa free of charge, and I highly recommend trying one or two cocktails!

This is a great studio apartment with everything you need for a few days stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa that can be used as second bed. Well equipped kitchen and good size shower room with washing machine. All very clean and well maintained. Excellent location, quick walk down hill to centre of Bol passed supermarket and bakery. Bol is beautiful with loads of restaurants to choose from.
Ermin was amazing, he contacted us beforehand to check our arrival details and came to pick us up from the port. He told us all about Bol with great tips on where to go and showed us round the apartment. He left us a bottle of wine which was a lovely treat and offered to drop us back to the port when we left. First class service.

Great location, beautiful room and with a lovely little view out of the living room window.
The room is newly renovated and looks lovely. I stayed here with my mum and we both wished we had booked it for longer! Originally booked 2 nights but was booked up when we went to extend.
Location is perfect, so close to the main areas, and halfway between one end to the other of bol so is easy to walk in either direction.

Gornji Humac is a tranquil small town on Hvar, ideal for couples or families who appreciate a peaceful atmosphere. The charm of old stone houses and the gentle sound of church bells made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Dining at Konoba Tomic was a highlight; the restaurant is situated in an 800-year-old house where the family produces everything you eat themselves, offering a truly unique experience.

Bol is one of those Dalmatian little town with just perfect mixture of nature attractions and nice architecture. A lot of little cafes and restaurants with good range of prices, so there is something for everyone. Must try vine and olive oil from Brač.

It's definitely not a party town, it is a peaceful village.
It's definitely not a party town, it is a peaceful village. The most entertainment was drinking cocktails at The Port bar and watching the yachts coming into the marina. There are no tourists shops (or any shops apart from the butcher and the supermarkets - which was fine with me but could be a negative for others who like to stroll and shop. Easy bus ride to Supetar to cure that need. The bus services in and out are easy - Supetar to Pucisca and then from there to Bol although it required a phone call from one driver to the other to wait at Gornje Humac to meet us. Easy.

Accommodation was reasonable.
Accommodation was reasonable. No washing machine or microwave in the apartment. Would have been cramped with 4 persons as sofa bed in the living area.
Outdoor area led to rocks to access the water. Would really need a car as not many local facilities. Not sure about buses.
Travel from Dubrovnik ferry is quite a long distance. Roads are often narrow. Better access from Stari Grad ferry.
Time of year may be an influence as weather not particularly good.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at an incredible villa a couple blocks from water and I can honestly say it was one of the most beautiful, quaint, and relaxing environments we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful surroundings and the charm of the location—it felt like a true escape from the everyday. A true hidden gem that I almost didn't want to write a review about so I can keep it to my self! Favorite pizza was at Hotel Lipa and our favorite meal was at Dvor. You don't need a car here, super easy to walk, hike, bike or taxi around.

Loved the privacy of the little house and the grapevine covered terrace with table overlooking the beautiful little pool. Loved having separate rooms for the kids and adults, nice little kitchen. Was a little disappointed there were no staples there like sugar and salt even though there were containers for them (even an empty salt shaker!). Loved the views of the sky at night as we were there during the Perseid meteor shower, so we were outside at night on the lounge chairs watching the nicely dark sky.
Loved that there were screens on the windows so we did not have to worry about mosquitoes coming in at night, and because of the elevation and the beautiful breezes every night, the rooms did not get too hot so sleeping was "a breeze." The only thing that could make this place better was if it were on the beach. Having it in the middle of the island was not ideal, but since it was close to Supetar, it wasn't too bad. Really, a great place, and one my family would be happy to return to.

Splitska is a quiet village with a very nice Zastup beach. It is ideal for a peaceful rest. There is a small shop where you can buy everything you need. Splitska is located only 6 km from the ferry port in Supetar. In Supetar, there are also several large shops for larger purchases.

Beautiful quiet and friendly location.
Beautiful quiet and friendly location. Well worth the extra effort to travel a bit further. Very unspoilt with lots of passing yachts calling in for overnight stops or longer. About a dozen or so places to eat, very friendly people. Pint of lager 3.5 euros. A lovely glass of local white wine 4 euros. Four coffees about 10 euros. Beautiful food, especially if you want fresh fish straight out the sea. 👌😎

Not for everyone.
Not for everyone. Don't go there if you like noise, night clubs, loud music and so, If you look for calm and silent place - it might be your golden target. We love that place - both from the sea side (as skipper) and land (as tourists). We will be there back again if only we can.

We were happy that Povlja has a variety of beaches: city, bay, peninsula-top, secluded bay.
We discovered real interesting things locally: the famous early Christian basilica, the viewpoint overlooking the entire bay, an abandoned war bunker on a nearby beach, the somersaults and head-jumps of local youth in the harbor in the evenings.
There are also several restaurants and ice cream parlors. We ate excellent pizza and squid with tartar sauce.
