Everything was very clean and professional. The aircon in the room is great. Breakfast the follow morning was delicious. It is great that the hotel is open 24/7 and that there is always a staff member available at the front desk. They also provided us with a shuttle from the hotel to the ferry when we checked out! All round good performance. Also good Wi-Fi.

Breakfast was good. Honduran Tipico... and filling... Mr. Damian was very kind and made sure that servings were fresh. Scrambled or Fried Eggs, Refried Beans, Plantains were delicious, Queso, and tortilla with a chorizo sausage. Eating by the pool and enjoying coffee. Would have preferred they didn't use styrofoam cups on the second day of the stay. The staff was great ... all of them... they recommended a really nice pizza place within walking distance called Mediterreano... and the pizza was perfect as was the Caprese salad. The facility is older... but I didn't care as for the value and the people, it was great... Exactly what I needed on a business trip.

This family run business is super comfortable - the beds are like clouds! There was air conditioning too and it worked perfectly. The family are really friendly and very obliging - always offering to help or to pick me up or drop me off at the bus station or the ferry terminal. It's not the cheapest place in La Ceiba, but it's excellent value for money and super comfortable.

Really close to the Christina Bus Terminal - felt safe walking there (less than 5 mins) just after dark.
Really spacious - close to the beach and 10 min walk to Walmart (although not the best walk if you're are solo traveller).
Good AC and showers!

The nature, of course, was amazing. So many different animals and plants. The spa was great too! The stuff super friendly and helpful. We also went on a walk with a guide, which was fun (but you gotta speak Spanish for that! Most of the stuff doesn’t speak English)

The people were friendly and helpful! The cab driver was knowledgeable and basically became my own driver while I was in La Ceiba. His recommendations were terrific - especially the restaurants he recommended right on the beach. I will definitely make another trip!

La Ceiba is not really somewhere to stay for too long as...
La Ceiba is not really somewhere to stay for too long as it's really just a port town that you stay before going to the islands. It's got plenty of shops and restaurants to eat and see but generally, it's just another city that will fall into the back of your mind once you've left.
