Great location in walking distance from the port and Chora. We enjoyed the amazing view to the castle from the veranda-it is exactly as shown in the photos. Brand new, clean and spacious. Also the parking space was very convenient. The host was very polite and the overall service very professional. We will definitely stay in Ydria if we visit Astypalaia again.

The location is excellent, with breathtaking views of the castle, the iconic windmills, and the sea—especially during breakfast, which featured delicious homemade goods. The hostesses and all the personnel were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They took care of everything for us: arranging taxis and transportation, booking day trips, and sharing excellent recommendations for dining and activities. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly special—from the thoughtful welcome, to the wine and fruit on our last night, and the lovely gift at our departure. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to relax, recharge, and enjoy this special time together.
