Hotels near Mykonos Airport - JMK, Mýkonos City

The part of Mykonos island where we stayed was very quiet at night so you could get a lot of rest and relaxation, which was great. We had like a 3-5 minute walk to a beach, a store, and a couple of restaurants. It’s like 5-7 minutes from Mykonos Town or the Old Port where a lot of the main action is so you have to get transported there. We learned that you have to have a class M license yo rent the scooters 🛴 (mopeds). The cars and ATVs are fine to rent with a standard license but the scooters require a Class M or CM(I believe). It’s Grecian law but very disappointing for us lol! We would have been better off with the scooters as they rent them for 24 hours; the cars and ATVs as well but we had a dream of zipping around on the scooter🤗 we know now and I’m sure by the next time we go— I’ll be able to get one 😉 Don’t stay In Mykonos Town if you want peace and quiet. Do stay in Mykonos Town if you want a bustling night life with plenty of dining option well into the morning.

Location Next visit I would definitely avoid staying in Sunlight Tow N or any accommodation ran by Teo he is a rogue Booking should remove his listings, as he try’s to give people sub standard accommodation not what they book. And what he has on bookings is all fabrication the unit does not provide 15 of the things he lists as part of the accommodation and it does not look anything like the photos which are staged . The area offers a choice of 3 to 4 restaurants and a beach nearby. The beach hosts a famous beach club but also space next to it if you don't want to pay for the ridiculously overpriced sunbeds :-). The centre and the airport are both 12 -15 minutes of driving.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It is hilly which gives us the best vantage views over the Aegean sea and the surroundings. There's a sense of lovely calm and serenity in the area. The people are lovely as everywhere else we found in Mykonos.

It was away from the crowds and peaceful, able to enjoy the resort pools, walk to beaches, restaurants, etc. Not much of any shopping though. Close to bus station to take to Mykonos town where all of the people and action are! Would have loved more time for their spa!

Beautiful sea, nice beach... But a little isolated and few services, there are better beach resorts with much more to do and much more choices on where to go for lunck or to drink something, check Platis Gialos but if You get there don't go to "DK OYSTER" they are scammer and they will steal your money! Check reviews! All the other places are ok...
