The room and garden are beautiful and lovely. The facilities are clean and pleasant. It was good because I couldn't hear the other guests. I also enjoyed the breakfast prepared by the owner in advance. There is not a shortage of food at all, but plenty. Above all, the owner is very kind.It was really close to the airport, so I didn't have to get up early. The owner booked a kind taxi so I could conveniently move to the airport.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment near Athens International Airport! The place is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and decorated with great style—it felt like a boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anastasia, our host, was amazing—so warm, friendly, and helpful, she made us feel right at home. There were even fresh sandwiches in the fridge ready for us and lovely touches of snacks and all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Beautiful apartment, close to the airport, perfect for our overnight stay between flights. Anastasia was so helpful from start to finish, always quick with communication and arranged transportation from and to airport. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and modern. We missed our flight and we were desperate to find somewhere to sleep. Everything went smoothly, we got our access code via e-mail, the accomodation was clean and very well equipped. After checking in my online virtual area was created, where I could find everything: shops, pharmacies, gas stations with opening hours and direct link to google map. Just imagine how useful it is when you are stressed and lost in a city as big as Athens. Bonus was unlimited access to Netflix, I only had to change proper language.

Situated just over 12 miles (20 kilometres) east of central Athens, Elefthérios Venizélos Airport serves as a hub for Aegean Airlines and Olympic Air. A metro stop is located adjacent to the terminal, with trains running every 30 minutes and journeys taking around 40 minutes. The X93, X95, X96 AND X97 buses all run from the airport to the city and journeys take around 50 minutes. We had an early morning flight so wanted something near the airport. It was a 13 minute drive to the airport at 5:00 am The apartment was on a dimly lit street so finding it was difficult. The sidewalk to the apartment was dark and overgrown with bushes. Opening the lockbox was difficult in the dark. The patio door was open about a foot which was concerning. The host left instructions to turn the water heater on 30 minutes before showering. Not ideal for a late arrival and early departure. We followed the instructions but the heater never got hot

My father was born here so my 1st cousins live here. I brought my husband and sons here to introduce them. I loved my stay here meeting up with them again and revisiting all the places I’d been to before and seeing how much things had changed.

Artemida in November was about 20 degrees in the afternoon, and 16 at night; it did not rain during our four night stay. Perfect for non-sunseekers, although a stiff breeze sometimes made it feel chilly. Despite it being off-season, a lot of the restaurants were still open, though they had few diners until the weekend. The beaches have safe, sandy spots at which to swim and maybe a few changing huts here and there. There are lots of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Readily available taxis to airport for around 20 euro. There is a relaxed vibe overall, but little to do in the way of activities or excitement.

Our trip was during the off-season, and it was very quiet. The restaurants were quiet and not many people around. It is not a pedestrian friendly town and there is very little space to walk on the side of the roads. However, we commented that it would be a nice place to visit during high season and spend a few days away from the city hustle and bustle.

The only negative thing was it was a bit further from the airport than I expected. The taxi ride was 25 euros, however the owners took us to the airport in the morning for only 15 euros. I would advise others to make arrangements with them to pick up upon arrival.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel with a view of the sea from the gardens. Pleasant, helpful staff.
The only negative was its isolated location and lack of restaurant.
This was easily rectified by the staff arranging transportation to and from the area with beaches and restaurants.
The free airport shuffle was convenient and efficient.
I would happily stay here again if I was in the area.
