For a 5 star service at a very cheap rate, it was much appreciated.
It’s a beautiful and cozy accommodation just perfect for that perfect occasion. Very comfortable and clean room I must say, and it’s also in a very quiet neighbourhood. This hotel is about 5 minutes drive from the airport.
Breakfast was just as ordered, and it came all for free. I like free food.
The staff I must admit are very friendly and helpful.
I’ll be back anytime I visit Kumasi.

We stayed in one of their 3 double rooms. It was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinners were excellent, served on the communal table. Overall a great atmosphere! Exceptionally well ran hostel.

I am extremely happy to find the host waiting for me with keys to welcome me late at night (as my flight got long delayed). She is very kind. Kept everything ready in the property... water bottles, tea bags, even eggs, cooking oil etc which I was not expecting. I didn't have to go out to find food late at night. She shared the wifi login. The property is very newly built and have all new utensils, modular kitchen, sofa set, dining area, bed all are new and kept very clean. Also, the host is on call 24x7. Whenever I needed anything she would come and provide. Also the cleaning is done whenever I called them. They provided me the large apartment having king size bed room with attached toilet (can also be accessed directly from living room by guest if needed) and large living room with dining area and modern kitchen facility and balcony. It helped me to invite my visitors and have business meetings. They too are impressed with the property. It's is perfectly located - a stone throw distance from Kumasi City Mall and all transportation is available on door step. The restaurant chickenman and pinkberry asokwa are just downstair and open till midnight. This will be of my first preference to stay when I come back again to Kumasi.

The stay was sensational. I booked the junior suite and it was one of the best suites I’ve stayed in. The price for the 2 nights I spent was really affordable too! The staff are very proactive to ensure you are well looked after which is a great feeling to have. Even upon checking out, I had an early flight so I requested if I could have breakfast earlier than the actual start time of breakfast. The breakfast was made for me without hassle which was much appreciated.

My problem was being ill so couldn’t really take advantage of being in Kumasi. The Prempeh 11 Jubilee Museum is worth a visit.
You need to get a taxi everywhere so be familiar with the currency and bargain hard.

The location is okay, the receptionist and the entire staff are very friendly. The breakfast was super good. The room was well cleaned and arranged with a very strong bed neatly dressed with plenty of pillows as well as a blanket. The room's interior decoration is beautiful. It is hard to hear noise from the outside because of the soundproofing. The bathroom is very big, neat and smiles well. They have a very stable internet (WiFi) connection.
The water heater was not working. As a sports fan, I could not have any of my favourite sports games because there was no TV channel for me for that purpose.

Kumasi is a great place to experience the History and...
Kumasi is a great place to experience the History and culture of the Asante people. I learned about Kente weaving, Coco farming, and the Adinkra symbols, as well as the history of the Asante kingdom and the kings' stories.
I also experienced the Akwasedie festival, which showcases the kingdom's glory and the thriving culture and heritage. If you have a chance I would highly recommend this festival which is celebrated on the last day of the Asante month (every six weeks)

I drove myself from Accra to Kumasi, the hotel location was just perfect because I didn't know the area very well, but one thing I loved more was the privacy. Security was extremely good and I always woke up to a clean valeted car. Staff were always willing to help no matter what time it was. I think this is my best stay so far with Booking.com.

We found Falcon Perch last minute after our original booking was cancelled, and it turned out to be a great choice! The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, with super friendly staff. The owner even drove us to a nearby restaurant for a late dinner, and breakfast by a young chef was delicious.
Overall, a great and welcoming stay in Kumasi — highly recommended!
Frank is an exceptional host! Everywhere in Ghana you see the word Akwaaba - "welcome", but I first truly understood what it means in Kumasi! The place itself is a serene oasis in a buzzing city. The rooms are big, very clean and individually styled using craftsmanship from the area. Best English breakfast I've had in a long time!

Nice quiet apartment. The caretakers were lovely and helpful. We were only there for 2 nights but really enjoyed our stay.

Such a horrible experience. After booking online and travelling several kilometers to this hotel, a female staff told me the place is full and there's no room for me. That this hotel doesn't use the online platform again. I was horribly turned away like a refugee. I had to waste another money to get a taxi to God knows where a total stranger in Kumasi was heading towards to sleep that night. BLOCK THE ONLINE PLATFORM FROM CUSTOMERS IF YOU'RE NOT USING IT ANY LONGER. THIS IS COMMON SENSE.

They were very responsive, and the standard as a guesthouse exceeded my expectations. I can gladly compare them to the topmost hotels in Kumasi. I recommend this guesthouse to anyone travelling to Kumasi because it's also in the middle of the city, and all the restaurants are easily reachable.

This place has style and flair! I very much enjoyed my stay at Tumi Hostel and I am planning to return at some point. The home-made communal dinner creates a nice space to exchange with other guests (lots of international travelers). The breakfast is outstanding with brewed coffee (above general Standards in Ghana) homemade bread rolls, and fresh fruit juice. The hostel is beautifully located in a traditional residential area of Kumasi.
