UkraineNot sure where the 5.9 rating is coming from – I honestly can’t agree with it. The staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful. Great, quiet location with a nice pub and kitchen, plus a playground right next to the property. Dog friendly too! Rooms were clean and spacious, and it’s all very budget-friendly. Maybe it’s under new management, don’t know. Either way, the place is brilliant now.

Sign on door for check in times so called back no one to meet us had to phone them front door locked went in back door and waited for someone as there were no keys to the room ,helpful polite friendly people comfy bed clean ,breakfast not to good buffet nice could be a bit hotter bit cold

Lovely pub nice feel and decorated with great xmas decs. The staff were very friendly and would definitely visit again just for a drinks to meet up with friends. The room was very clean and comfortable bed, nice bedding but would have like a king size bed but we had a double ( room 16) the only thing that was not good and that was the breakfast, bacon was tough and the breakfast not hot, could have done with more mushrooms, and another half tomatoes, even a bit of black pudding would have been nice 😉

Beautiful house, Susie was a terrific hostess, my room was warm & cosy, comfy bed, fluffy towels, hot shower.
Plenty of choice for breakfast, Susie cooks a mean omelette!

I would not ever stay at this place again .?The booking in system was old fashion and they couldn’t get wifi . So we had to go and get cash to pay for our room . When we got to our room the bathroom was very dirty and had no hot water to shower. No hand soap and 1 toilet roll. The whole place needs a facelift very old and dirty . Definitely would not recommend anyone staying here

The area is lovely, out in the country, we dined at the coopers mill pub in 9 springs, this was excellent. The host and the house were fantastic and our rating is 5 out of 5 Great house, host and area to stay and local to Yeovil.

We stayed here one night and got the full glamping...
We stayed here one night and got the full glamping experience, fire pit, bbq and games with the family! Glamping in the woods with all the facilities on point even the bed was lovely and Comfy .Tim greeted us and showed us around and went above and beyond to help us when I had trouble with my car :( thank you for everything x

It was simply false advertising.
It was simply false advertising. It's a B&B with no breakfast, a mouldy bedroom and bathroom, a water leak in the hallway, the landmark views were a building site and the foul waste pipe on the neighbouring house, and the staff were homophobic. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed here as I was on a course at the Fleet Air Arm...
I stayed here as I was on a course at the Fleet Air Arm Museum. Which is just up the road, so tis is the best place to stay in the area. There is a small triangle town with a restaurant and couple of pubs. Nice bit of history there as well.

Bed was comfortable, the one staff member was nice and doing her best . We arrived at the property about 2.30pm to be told last orders for food is at 4.30 and that the bar would be closed early that night as well , bathroom in the in the room had a broken toilet seat, lighting was poor and smells. But the worst thing about the stay was the noise from a A/C or extraction unit outside side the window so loud you could not sleep with it , very disappointed would not stay again

It was very cold first night heating only on 6pm to8pm. TV worked first night in one room but not the other room. Second night was not any better.neither TV worked no Wi-Fi heating off at 8pm. Breakfast was the best thing about our stay in 2 rooms definitely needs updating.
