A warm welcome awaits at the Holiday Inn Rochester-Chatham. All the staff on reception, in the restaurant, the bar and around the hotel were very efficient, friendly and went out of their way to help. The car park was good too.

Vendor came and met us at the property shortly after we arrived to ensure everything was okay. Host was very helpful in allowing us to check in early and took the booking at extremely short notice after we were let down last minute by a previous booking. Accommodation and facilities were all first class.
