Ideally situated for us to visit friends and family and more importantly, close to dog friendly beach and plenty of room on site to walk the dogs. Host was very friendly and staff very helpful and informative. We often use hotels and b&bs and we were delighted to find a very clean, mould free shower room which can be a rare occurrence.

The host was very hospitable.
Perfect location and beautifully decorated.
We went for food in the restaurant downstairs and the food was amazing! Friendly staff and they catered well for coeliacs!
Would definitely stay again.

Lovely location with very short walk to the beach.
Lovely location with very short walk to the beach. Lots of amenities nearby. Ate at The Merrymoor Inn, lovely food. Ideal beach for dog walking too. Explored others bays as well including Newquay, Padstow, Porth and Watergate Bay all short driving distances

it is quite central to a few areas, such as Bedruthan Steps, Newquay, Padstow, and several other beautiful places, nice little beach in Portcorthan, and fabulous scones and cream at Berryfields camp site in Porthcothan. St Ervan was a nice quiet little place, but thats the beauty of Cornwall which is why people flock back year after year.

Parking is tight if you have a large car.
The cottage is very comfortable and quiet. Plenty of outside space. Stairs are a bit steep if you are carrying a heavy case.
Kitchen seems well equipped although we ate out.
Not far from the town centre.
There have been some changes to access roads. You now get in via Nansleden.
Perinporth beach is a must. We also visited the Eden Project.

A family firm favourite for years, living locally and choosing a less of a tourist trap but with all the essentials. Especially great when the disco bead shop was located there, fab for rainy day activities - believe it is now in Central Newquay?
Anyway, toilets and parking spot on. Food choices excellent, we LOVE The Catch restaurant 🦞
Great shops 👍 ...and lastly fab beach WITH RNLI lifeguards! Nice deep beach even on high tide

we could only stay one night as the property standards were well below what we were expecting from a booking .com establishment Faults included no instructions on how to operate the appliances including the gas fire and oven/grill The heater in the main bedroom was badly connected to an extension socket which is not advisable and was covered by the curtain when closed the bed only had a lightweight quilt on it after suffering this state of affairs for one night only we were forced to check into a hotel at a further cost of £120 suggest you get these faults rectified before you charge anyone else to stay there HOW DO WE GET A REFUND????

Mawgan Porth is north Cornwall at its best a beautiful bay surrounded by majestic rugged cliffs. This is a great venue for the young and not so young with Atlantic waves rolling in for those who like the thrill of the surf or a walk along the coastal paths. A sandy beach completes the picture!

Porth is a lovely place pretty with a nice beach and beautiful headland. No convenient shops but a couple of dining establish as well as a pub on the flat. Porth is in a dip so there are steep hill both ends. If able bodied you can walk into Newquay town. With use of car it's a lovely spot to stay. Favourite activity would be walking dog out into the headland . Don't stay here if looking for lively, commercialised resort.
