Very convenient location if you flew in late and have an early flight next day. There's only a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the Luton terminal. The room is not big, but it is thoughtfully laid out and very practical. There is also a decent sized table if you need to do some work.
You can notice that the hotel is not new anymore, there are signs of wear, but what's important is that everything was very clean. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel which is convenient if you want to have a beer or grab a bite and are not in the mood to walk around.
All in all it's a great value for the price.

The property was all very well kept. My individual room had everything I needed and was very homely as well. All correspondence was timely and very thorough. I wanted a self check in as my flight returned to Luton late but the owner was there anyway to greet me and showed me where everything was. The kitchen was an asset and was well stocked with food for breakfast. I walked from the airport as I wanted the fresh air. It was about 25-30 minutes but there were plenty of taxis if I didn’t want to walk. Luton Parkway station was about 15 minutes walk the next day for my onward journey. I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and cozy. Nice decoration. The carpet makes it feels warm. The shower is fine. There is a small kitchenette where you can cook, bake and make toasts. It's very small and you need to eat in your room, for us not a problem. The owners are working on it. The owners are very nice and helpful. I didnt have an UK charger, Khurram provided me a converter. The location is nice and quiet. Close to a busstation that takes you to the airport.

I never visit Luton Town, we just use the airport at least once a month. Luton is missing that British feel with so many foreigners occupying the town. The hotels around the airport are fantastic as well is the drop off & go.

We come to visit relatives but we always find the shopping excellent, and the train connection from Harpenden to London is easy and fast. The apartment we stayed in is fairly close to the train station. There are plenty of choices for groceries. It is a small town but very walkable with some nice parks. A bus or the train will get you to St. Alban's and the Cathedral, museums and parks there.

We chose it for the location, close to Barton Le Clay which has a lot of very handy shops as well as lovely takeaways, we visited a lovely garden centre, which was quite near and there is a Sainsbury’s quite close as well, basically I would say a good location and nice accommodation, a designated parking space was also very welcome, on the whole, very good and we hope to stay agai

The loft is a lovely space and has everything you need for a very comfortable night away. The place was lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower room was small but perfect. We had a lovely stay and even enjoyed a little stroll to the local Turkish restaurant for our dinner. Really liked the honesty fridge of goodies!
Would highly recommend.

The place was not very clean and was not clearly expecting us as when we got there the gentleman who answered the door seemed surprised that we had booked a room.
Also the room and bathroom had not been cleaned properly and there was also a very bright light outside the window that shone through.
So would really like our money back to be honest.

No food served in the evening.
No food served in the evening. Had to drive into the town centre to eat. Accommodation of a very poor standard needs money spending on the rooms to bring them to what pub accommodation now has to offer. Very tired interior and no thought in the rooms for today's current traveller. Needs work space desk or area. Wi-Fi not very strong either. Sink needed the tap fixing as it was pouring out hot water. Shower had mould everywhere and no mirrors downstairs to get ready in the morning. I would not recommend this property for over night stays. The area and pub are lovely and traditional so this could, if money was spent, be a Jewell.
