10 minutes walk from the airport presents a perfect place for a sleepover after a flight.
The apartment itself is access via a lockbox, so you can arrive anytime.
The house itself is modernly equipped, spotless and overall beautiful. Small backyard was also appreciated.

Gorgeous place, excellent hosts (definitely went above and beyond to get me prepared for my trip to Europe), super clean, bed was super comfortable. Very, very happy traveller - 15 minute walk to the airport for a very early flight.

Hale is a pleasant village offering history, amenities and nature. Good location for visiting the area of merseyside etc.
Could happily enjoyed the area for a longer period, only deciding to leave early due to the my accomodation at the Goldmine rooms.

Good location and would be fine for two people only, there was four of us staying there and it was too cramped, sofa bed in kitchen come lounge, no dining room table, no where to eat and no spare sitting.
The entrance to the apartment terrible, dirty and dark alleyway the communal stairwell also dirty ( first impressions really do count) however to be fair the actual apartment a.o.k just needs to be for 1 - 2 people.

Huyton is a great area for public transport. There are plenty of buses into Liverpool city centre and the train station is not very far if you want to go further afield. All amenities close by, excellent shops for food shopping e.g. Asda and Aldi

Great hotel staff very welcoming.swimming pool was great after a long day at Chester zoo. Lovely food lots of choices. Children loved it with surprise treats.hotel set in lovely location.would definitely recommend.
We had booked a house very near the zoo way back in January and was let down just a week before our family birthday treat and A level result.glad it happened now as we got a lot more from the hotel.

Hooton is tiny and has nothing of note to do there, which is fine if you are driving through. Staying there without a car would be very dull as there are only 2 pubs and no shops.
The train service is frequent though and you can easily access Chester and Liverpool for a reasonable price.

The rooms were very cold.
The rooms were very cold. It was minus six overnight and below freezing during the day and our heating went off when we were out of the room. Therefore when we got back it was freezing cold in the room and the heater was not an adequate size to heat the room. We were very dissatisfied.

It's not a city centre hotel but ideal for staying somewhere quieter as its in a residential area. May need a car, not sure about public transport to the city centre. Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't have it. I got a taxi from Liverpool Central to the Shamrock which was £12.50.

Lovely welcoming staff in what is not dissimilar to a TravelLodge or Premier Inn-style hotel. The food is basic but good value. They obviously serve families on a regular basis and there are facilities for children's play outside or for parties inside.

Runcorn is beautiful and we came to visit relatives. But our stay at the hotel wasn’t worth it. It was old and needs overall revamping. Reception staff was nice but the room was so tiny with AC not working and bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay at this property again.
