The location was right inside Terminal 3 which was very convenient as my flight had been cancelled as a result of Storm Kathleen over Ireland. Room was very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at check in and check were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful.

Spotless Clean, comfortable, modern and functional. very well equipped, the heating was perfect and the apartment had all the facilities for our stay. It was decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen was fully equipped, very close to Train station, took a 5 minutes bus to Heathrow station and we were on our way to central in Elizabeth line. This is a great location for a solo traveller getting away...
This is a great location for a solo traveller getting away for business. You'll have lots of greenery around if you want to go on a walk. And a nice private flat if you just want to stay indoors and work.
The one caveat is that it's very near Heathrow airport, so you will hear planes flying overhead occasionally. It wasn't a major inconvenience, though - I eventually got used to it.

Convenience - close to airport. Eating establishment very near. Bus service just outside - easy to access other transport options into London.
Negative- difficult to get into property and some housekeeping issues were problematic eg bathroom door could not be closed, only one hook to hang clothes, one chair.

It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.

To be honest, we didn’t come across anything in Hayes that we were particularly interested in visiting. It mainly served as a base for getting into central London or heading to the airport. We didn’t eat out in Hayes — nothing really appealed to us, so we opted to wait until we were elsewhere. There are plenty of frequent bus routes, and the train station connects easily to central London and Heathrow. There weren’t any standout activities for couples. In our case, the highlight was catching the train out to explore other parts of London.

Apartment was a long way from airport and is mis described in its description. i have to pay £60 in total for taxi to and from terminal 3. the front door had been smashed off of the hinges and there was drug taking paraphernalia strewn across the car park. verry grim and grotty. it felt unsafe i would not recomend.
