Staying there felt like glamping, the vibe, the location, they had given us some commodities like coffee, tea and even bread for our morning toast to go with everything looking out into the beautiful view of mountains and sea.

We had a great stay at The Meadows B&B! The house is really well located and very cosy. The bedrooms have anything you need and are very comfy. The hostess is lovely and taking care of her guests. The homemade breakfast was delicious, thank you!

Harmony Cottage has everything you could possibly need for a stay, whether it’s for one night or a week or even longer. There’s lots of space, cooking equipment should you need it, a really comfortable bed and so much more! Stephen picked up fresh milk, bottled water and snacks for my stay. He was friendly, helpful, accommodating and a great host. He seems to think of everything visitors could possibly want. The location was great as I was catching a flight from Derry Airport the following day and it was just a few minutes away. Although it’s next to the airport, the cottage is incredibly quiet. I’ll definitely return when I’m next in the area and would highly recommend. Thank you, Stephen!

Lovely rural village with excellent supermarket, good pub and take-a-way. A car is essential for exploring the area. Within 15 minutes by car of the towns Limavady and Derry. Within 20 minutes of beautiful beaches at Benone, Downhill, Castlerock.

It is a small town with not many facilities or shops - but plenty in nearby towns. Has a lovely walk along the lake side, about 5 miles of wildlife sanctuary. Main town of Derry/Londonderry is close and has a great 1 mile walk around the city walls with lots of information.

Location is great.
Location is great. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The entry lighting was amazing and security is very good. The unit is well stocked; I didn't need anything that wasn't already there.

I loved everything. Steeped in history, I was resurching. Guildhall, Bloody Sunday. Guildhall Taphouse for food, The Harp Bar and Oloughlins Irish House for music. Lots of things to see and do. The river is beautiful. Lots of bars and restaurants. Close to stunning coast walks, like Castlerock, very accessable by bus ans train.

The city is lovely the people are friendly and the riverwalk on a sunny day is a great way to keep fit. The city is so clean. We walked everywhere to make sure we didnt miss anything. We had breakfast at Patricia's on the riverwalk which is exceptional value and quality and must be visited.

The convenience to Redcastle hotel meant dining out for a special meal was in easy reach of our lovely cottage as was their spa- where we availed of gentle head neck and back massage options, with a discount for early booking.
It was tricky finding an ATM so we would recommend bringing cash and card. We enjoyed a great visit to Wild Ireland and were surprised just how close we were able to get to the rescue bears and wolves and wallaby. A bit further round the coast is the fabulous Kinnagoe Bay - great sandy beach and although the shore drops away sharply the sea was calm and clear so very good for experienced swimmers.

Didnt really see much of the town itself, but it seemed pretty rundown and tired. Restaurants closed early and were very average (nothing to write home about)
However, Limavady is very well placed for getting to other places, and easy walking distance from our property to plentiful shops and restaurants which was good.

The view from the property is wonderful.
The view from the property is wonderful. An elevated position above Lough Foyle with Derry/Londonderry to the far left and cliffs far to the right. The very quiet but interesting Derry airport is in front of you but you are high above it.
The main road is nearby so access is very easy.
I didn't do more than swiftly pass through Eglington itself, but it looked a nice wee town. I walked up Muff Glen, which was nice.
The next day I drove to Malin Head in Co Donegal, in about an hour. If you like wild cliffs, with a short walk, it'll do you fine.
If I was staying in this area again, I truly wouldn't hesitate to rebook the Wee Tiny Home.
