Everything was great except for the food prices, which are higher than London. For the price of the room I felt the breakfast should be included or at least offered at a reasonable price.

Totally immaculate in every way. Even the scotland flag made in stones looked manicured! Charming hosts , a wonderful bed and an overlook to the sea. A huge breakfast completed a perfect stay. Worth the extra journey to outside Inverness. A shame local restaurants closed but the recommended Cawdor Arms 10 min drive away worth the drive. Totally accessible to Inverness airport almost down road but hardly a busy airport so no noise problem

Tornagrain is a 'new' village on the outskirts of Inverness, near the airport. It was very quiet and there was a local shop selling most of your requirements, just across the road! The apartment was very good and I would recommend it to others.

Lovely little village with modern touch.
Lovely little village with modern touch. Has local well stocked shop and pharmacy. Croy strikes me as a great spot to tour the Highlands, it sits between Inverness and Nairn (15 minutes eitrher way), also 5 minutes from Nairn airport. This apartment is top top class.

What a beautiful part of Scotland!
What a beautiful part of Scotland! It was both relaxing and peaceful. There were different things you could do and fantastic places to eat and grab a drink. The dolphin watching was also very fun and different. Crofter’s was one of our favorite food places. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful.

Loverly little coastal village, has the one pub, The plough, a loverly old pub , good selection of local beers, whiskies etc.
The Crofters Resturant , worth a visit, we had 2 very nice evening meals. Friendly staff.
The beach, nice for walks to Chanonry point, and hope to see dolphins and seals.
Nice walk to the Fairy Glen, to waterfalls at the end.
There’s a cafe on the beach.
And not to far away and a must visit, Cromarty .

We loved Ardersier.
We loved Ardersier. It is so quaint only 5 minutes from the Inverness Airport on the North Sea. The people are delightful. You can go to a Pub and have a delightful dinner in a quiet place without making reservations (at least in May 2023). We would love to base out of here and figure out the bus system to and from Inverness in the future.

After 24 hours of travelling we had an overnight stay in the Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport. We picked up our car and were able to make use of the electric charger before we continued our journey home the next day. This is so convenient. The hotel is beautiful. It's our favourite place to start and end our holidays. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is excellent.
