Everything was perfect. Love the layout of the room.
We arrived bristol much earlier than we anticipated, even though the check in is clearly written from 4pm, the host was really nice and let us go into the room earlier. Heating didn't come on till 4pm which is completely understandable. I definitely recommend this property and it gets a 10 from me.

The room was spotless and well equipped and Larry's exchanges with me were always super helpful, prompt and very detailed. Can't thank him enough for making sure I had everything i needed and he provided very detailed information relating to local pubs and places to eat etc.

Very close to the airport, mere 5 mins. Pub for food and ample parking. Clean and with usual facilities eg en suite, tea and coffee, tv etc. Friendly greeting. Could leave as early as I needed for my flight, just needed to leave the key in the room door.

Superb hospitality!!! This booking was for my elderly Mum, who arrived at Bristol airport on a late flight without a mobile phone. I had numerous concerns regarding the shuttle bus, entry to the property etc.. Sue went out of her way to ensure that my Mum got to the property safely and had a good night's sleep. The communication with me was great and the personal service offered to my Mum was excellent. Sue even phoned me when my Mum had arrived. A lovely gesture. Thank you so much..

Great staff and great food. Very welcoming and perfect when flying out early. Love the Airport Tavern. Great size room, comfy beds, modern, clean bathroom. Pub with good food downstairs and straight on the airport bus in the morning. People who work here are happy, you see them when you come back so it's a happy place for everyone.

it is very close and convenient to Bristol airport, did not realize it was a self-check-in Motel . But, all went well. room was very clean and tidy. Restaurant opened at 9am offering a wide choice of meals, plus the additional views of the golf course. Very friendly staff making you feel very welcomed.
Outstanding friendly, helpful staff. Excellent service.
Wonderful food.
Lovely room prior to us going to the airport.
Highly recommended. We left our car there for the week. Caught a taxi to the airport.

I did not meet any staff on either arrival or departure but had previously spoken to the owner on the telephone who was most helpful. I notice you have a lovely photo of a property in Redhill which people might think is Hathway House! A better map based on walking from the airport is required. Loved the rocking chair & custard creams!

Not being a driver public transport was good for getting to different locations good for solo travellers major city a bos ride away would visit again river cruise was very good and hop on hop off bus is a great way to explore the city of Bristol

My partner booked this for the two of us I am a mum of 3 recently a new baby 4 months ago and it was perfect to get away and just switch off from the madness of parenting
My favourite was the most Beautiful views looking out the windows in the morning and the choice of a hot bath or a hot jacuzzi.
Just pure bliss didn’t want to leave could have happily lived there!

The cottage is off the main road no traffic noise. Brockley was a surprise in that it has convenient shops and pubs all within easy walking distance. restaurants were open so no need to be concerned about driving after a meal out. The park and ride at Long Ashton gives great access to Bristol without having to drive into the city (and pay the congestion charge). Bristol airport in the other direction.
We would have stayed longer but had to get back home. Will definitely stay there again.
A little note that it would not suit people with mobility problems as the bathroom is up a winding staircase and the pathway is loose gravel.

It's very convenient for the airport, staff were great, the room let it down, as it hadn't been cleaned properly, Kettle wasn't working & no lighting outside, so couldn't go & inform staff of these problems... we slept & left.

Car parking not good, we landed at the "over flow" in a field. We are elderly people and my husband disabled so the distance was disturbing.
I dropped him and our bag off but landed up walking, luckily the weather was dry

Excellent place to stay for either travelling from Bristol Airport (which was the reason for our stay) or if you want a few days break around the area.
Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Restaurant was good with both English and curries on the menu.

Really great accommodation, situated in a lovely rural quiet position. We used for an overnight stay before an early flight from Bristol airport.
We shall use again as it was perfect, really close to the airport with lovely country pubs close by serving great food.
