We liked the pleasant and quiet location of the Avenue, there are some shops nearby including an exceptional Pharmacy and Fish & Chips shop.
There are plenty of Churches in the area. Also the bungalow is near to Lytham St Anne's shops and to the sea front.
If we hadn't both been ill with tonsillitis and cold symptoms which meant that we were unable to go out much, we would have really enjoyed our holiday here. Fortunately there is a large well kept garden outside at the back of the property where a table and chairs have been provided.
The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a fridge freezer, microwave and an oven and grill. On the other side of the kitchen there is an electric hob and an electric kettle.
The bungalow is spacious, clean including linens and tasteful decor throughout. There is a large dining table and chairs in the dining area and
two comfortable sofas in the lounge and TV.

Clean, excellent breakfast.
it is about 15 mins walk into Blackpool, but tram stop literally , across the road from hotel, so no bother, and then away from the busy centre when you're ready to retreat.
Chilled out, lovely seating area, inside and out, first time and felt so relaxed, and at home. Definitely be back! Perfect little hotel

we loved the quirky attic , i picked it because we took our 4 year old grandson and the decor looked fun and quirky and it was . i also chose this because it had a double bed and a single bed in the same room . loved the decor , beds comfy everything you would need for a few days away .the host jo was always available if i asked a question and also i ordered the breakfast box and a gift for my grandson which were great and he loved his gift. a few roads back from the pleasure beach and a short walk to tram stops to take you to central and north shore really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend and jo the host was fantastic thankyou for a lovely break in blackpool .

We love this place and it's only a short drive to Blackpool if you like a more busier seaside place to visit but everywhere is quiet in February! Saint Anne's is a hidden gem, we stumbled upon the place a few years ago and love it there. The promenade is beautiful, clean and has plenty of benches to sit down and take in the sea view. Lots of cafes, ice cream stalls, fish n chips stalls etc. There are beautiful garden to walk through with hidden gems like kids outdoor paddling pools, water fountains, swans on the little wiggly mini lake and plenty of parking on the seafront along with toilets and shower/changing facilities after the kids have played in the pools. I love the fact they have free fresh drinking water stations where you can too up your water bottle of for your dog to get a drink. There is a mini train to ride on, mini golf and play areas for the kids. They have an old train carrige converted into a hot and cold food cafe with seating outside around the carriage. A mini boating lake for remote control boats, something for everyone of ill ages. We love the little pier, it has the old fashioned games in and slot machines and kids love it in there. There is a little square of shops you can visit with a wonderful bakery, charity shops, chip shops a little Tesco's and a Aldi and Sainsbury's nearby. There is also a Toby Carvery on the seafront and more arcades. It really is a place worth visiting.

An easy place to get to just off the motorway.Very good roads with clear signing and we'll kept surface. The area is very well kept and is an example of how to look after the countryside. Ribby Hall is superb with excellent eating places and loads to do for adults of all ages and children too.

The host had thought of everything from a welcome card and cakes to slipping and even dog treats and bowls and toys just in case u forgot. Milk at the ready and tea and coffee for those who traveled far and a cute book on the village as it’s full of history. Big table indoor and out so you can all sit together. It’s called the old smithy and even had an anvil in the garden which I wish I had a photo but my trip was cut short due to illness. I have the hosts number and felt I could call if needed. Parking for two car at side of cottage and on road if needed for free no payment meters like in Blackpool. Lovely walks and a pub just at bottom of the road if needed. Anyone staying here would be very happy and no one will be disappointed.

Leafy Lytham was excellent , with aa lovely welcome of provided tea coffee sugar and milk , (the coffee bags are delicious I’m a convert) plus lovely biscuits. Everything was pristine and as described, it was easy to enter with provided codes and map near sales office enabled me to locate it with no trouble. The kitchen is well equipped with just about all the pots and pans you could need and i think i saw a slow cooker too!
Just one hiccup I couldn’t get the WiFi on but Dawn was so kind as to call and it was sorted out in minutes (switch off for a couple of minutes and back on again) I should have known.
The shower was hot and powerful and I had a wonderful nights sleep in the comfortable bed but needed to switch the heating off overnight , but i mastered the Central heating the next day and there’s a choice of using the fire too.
The site is currently being extended and I can see that it is going to be an exceptional place , feeling as if you are out In the countryside. There is no noise from the road ,just the occasional crow from the sites resident cockerel who seems rather dominated by the chickens .
It was lovely to sit out on the covered deck in the evening with the lights on relishing the peace and quiet . Also to get up in the morning and enjoy the fresh air and peace and quiet, everyone was very friendly saying hello and good morning as they passed by on their walks.
Its a lovely place to stay on a lovely park.
On a bus route or only a short car ride to Lytham or St Annes and with new fast roads to Blackpool and beyond ,it is ideally sited for journeys further afield too if you are feeling adventurous and lots of brochures are provided to give you an idea of what’s nearby.Lytham square in the day or at night is a must and the windmill, plus the juke box museum to get the kids wondering.
I’m hoping to come back.

A lovely place to stay, very clean and tidy, no dog poop found anywhere or litter. A lot of the shops were disabled friendly and I could gain access easily in my mobility scooter. Loved walking along the promenade with our little French and everyone was so friendly. So many benches to sit on along the promenade and even outside the main shopping area. Very well looked after place and a pleasure to visit since we discovered Saint Anne's last year after a short stay in Blackpool. Sorry Blackpool but now we have discovered Saint Annes, we will never stay in Blackpool again.

Lytham St Annes is a wonderful place.
Lytham St Annes is a wonderful place. Lots of good restaurants and bars and a lovely high street with lots of independent traders. Really enjoyed it.
Whilst there is not a beach at Lytham, there is a promenade, Lowther Gardens, Fairhaven Lake and lots more to walk around and view.
Just lovely.
