The hotel is very close to the highway, which makes it perfect for transit. The parking is secure, and the night staff was especially friendly. Cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms were warm and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, but it was okay. Overall, a good choice for a short stay.

This is such a beautiful place to stay in Perpignan!
I newly renovated villa with lots of amenities and really beautiful surroundings!
The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I arrived late and tired after a long trip and they make me feel like home!
I stayed on the upper floor and the room is really spacious modern and fully equipped - all in good taste and of a high quality!
The bed (mattress) and linens are really comfortable. The room is absolutely quiet and the curtains can really shut the light out - I had really good sleep!
The bathroom is spacious and the shower modern and spacious too!
The surrounding space is really beautiful done! A creek flowers trees and the smell of the big evening primrose - it really made my day!
It is also worth of mentioning the effort of sustainable practices including lighting insulation and heating - i really felt safe in a well made place!
It's one of the rare cases I felt I have to come back and spend some more time here.
The hotel is also well situated near the old town of Perpignan. There is a bus stop outside the entrance that takes you to the old town. But it took me just 15-20 min walk to get there and I really enjoyed it! Old town of Perpignan is full of history and culture!
I totally recommend it!

The studio is comfortable, modern and well-equipped. Communication was clear, swift and helpful. I stayed in Perpignan to visit a family member in hospital, so the location was very convenient for me. I was teleworking during the day and the wifi strength is excellent (even on the terrace).

The rooms are old and dated.
The rooms are old and dated. The aircon doesn’t work very well and the windows have locks on them. The room was hot and stuffy. The ibis rooms are accessed via the Novotel. Apart from the reception and dining area it all looks a bit shabby.

Why would a hotel have a key system that needs a visual instruction to operate. It doesn’t make sense.
I have stayed all over the world and never had to be shown at the front desk on mini replica of a door , how to operate the lock system.
Confusing and annoying as we were tired and just wanted to go to our room with a normal key system.
And parking .
We had to get up early as the public parking we were directed to next door , you had to be out of by 9am or our car would be towed.
Booked thinking we would get parking , as it is advertised.
But told it was full upon arrival.
However later that night we spoke to two guests who had just parked their cars in the hotel car park !!
Spoiled our stay as we had to rush to retrieve our car by 9am at the public car park we were told to use.

Beautiful old downtown and great vibe during Christmas season. People were very friendly, and everyone was so helpful when I said I didn't speak French. In the tourism office, they were incredible, and so happy to give information. I'm so glad I made a stop in Perpignan!

Lovely little gem of a town, lots of medieval history and a good food and drinks scene. People are really friendly and a lot speak a bit of English if your French isn’t very good!
It’s a very walkable town as well, and I recommend the little train tour to give you some history and context for the place.
